| I thought the boat and carriage rides were well organized. The tour guides for the boat ride and the carriage ride were very knowledgeable about Charleston. I especially enjoyed the carriage ride because the guide of that tour spoke a lot about Old Charleston (Charlestown). I felt, by listening to him, that I was going back in time to three hundred years ago. Learning about the charms and intrigues of the Charleston of the past was fascinating. I highly recommend the carriage tour. The boat ride is also a wonderful experience. One gets to cruise along Cooper River and to see the islands surrounding Charleston in the distance. One will learn the history of how the Civil War got launched on this particular tour. | ||||||

| We loved the carriage ride!! It was very informative and delightful. Now, we also took the boat ride. It was a little B-O-R-I-N-G. We did enjoy seeing the dolphins alongside the boat every now and then. It was 90 degrees outside and the air conditioning was broken. So, it wasn't that pleasant inside and everyone crowded on the top deck. But overall this was a great experience. We loved them both and will probably do it again next year. =) | ||||||

| My wife and I really enjoyed the package tour. The carrigage ride was the best. The young man conducting it was very informative and easy to understand and speak to. The office staff was very helpful and friendly! The harbor tour was good. | ||||||

| We had a great time on the harbor tour and the carriage ride was enjoyable. It was a good time for both my parents and myself. It is a must do if you're visiting Charleston. Both activities were relaxing and filled with plenty of information about the historic city. | ||||||

| The tour-guide was very knowledgeable and made his presentation interesting and enjoyable. The history of the harbour which he presented was thorough without being dry. I would encourage anyone with any interest about Charleston to take this harbor tour. | ||||||

| I thought the combo deal of the carriage tour and harbor tour was wonderful! We did the carriage ride first thing, and had time to walk and shop around before the harbor tour. It was a fun, and fact-filled day. | ||||||

| We did both the boat ride and carriage ride and loved them both. Everyone was helpful, knowledgeable, and very professional. We especially liked the care that was given to the carriage mules. We were impressed. The combo is the best way to get a great overview of Charleston! We can't recommend Charleston Harbor Tour and Carriage Ride enough! | ||||||

| Our tour group consisted of my husband and I and four daughters ages 21-26. We really enjoyed the tour. The gentleman who was telling us about the history of Charleston was very entertaining. He talked with some kind of accent that made the tour interesting. We learned a lot of history about Charleston. The girls were just excited about being on a boat in the harbor. We went under the bridge that goes to Mt. Pleasant and it was amazing to see the people and cars on the bridge. They looked like little ants. We also went past a barge that was headed out to sea. That was awesome! You learn about that stuff in history class, but I had never seen one up close. All of us enjoyed the tour very much! The one lesson we learned was to wear sunscreen! The tour company told us to wear sunscreen because it is very bright on the water, but we didn't listen. All of us got sunburn! | ||||||

| It was easy to get a ticket only after creating another screen name and another password I don't think this is necessary. Also I think you shouldn't have to pay more to get a ticket online. If there is a service charge it should come out of the activity or vendors part. It shouldn't be cheaper at the gate. But the activity was just as it was presented. | ||||||

| Good tour although I wished the boat would get a little closer to some of the sites so I can take even better pictures. The crew was very nice and was there to answer any questions we had and with any needs. It was very hot but the A/C below deck was very nice. I was glad to have a place to cool off. The tour was priced about right. I would go again but would not pay much more than the current rate. I think the tour would be better on cooler days (75-88 degrees), it was in the low 90's and a little hazy the day we went. | ||||||

| This is a pretty good package deal and both companies involved are very professional and are good at what they do. The only thing I would recommend is not to take these tours in the thick of the summer, we were all very hot and uncomfortable, especially during the carriage ride where they pack you in the carriage very tightly. | ||||||

| the Harbor Tour was great, informative and wonderful. They were visiting from NY with their 1 year old baby. They couldn't say enough good things about the tour guide and Charleston. We bought this for them because they were trying to see as much as possible and learn the history as well. Being able to split the combo package into 2 different days worked best for having an infant along. They have not taken the carriage tour yet but are looking forward to doing so this weekend. Highly recommend and the cost is reasonable for what you get. | ||||||
