Charleston Harbor Tours

We wanted to take pictures so we didn't want to sit in the lower level which was glass enclosed. The tour would have been more enjoyable if the outside deck was covered providing shade. Without a high tech camera or lenses, quality pictures were not possible due to the distance from the sights. We probably would have enjoyed an after dark tour more.

it was very informative and we enjoyed the 2 rides very much. we will tell our families to go too. thank you for very thoughtful and considerate people on the rides. they were very humorous and we laughed and enjoyed ourselves.

We enjoyed the package tours. The Boone Hall Plantation gave us insight to the southern culture and enjoyed the talks, the walks, the tours and the ride. We spent 4 hours there and enjoyed it all and felt like we saw everything. The Harbor tour was interesting and a nice ride around the harbor. We sat in the back on top in the open air and the exhaust from the boat was annoying, but we stayed where we were. Only thing that could have been easier was to be able to use the print out for the actual tickets. We had to stop at the Maritime Center to pick up the tickets for Boone Hall because we wanted to do that first, before the harbor tour. If you do the Harbor tour first this will not be a problem. Overall great deal!

We went to Charleston for our first Anniversary. We decided to take the combo tour. We really enjoyed both the Carriage Tour & the Harbor Tour. They were both full of facts about Charleston. What a nice way to relax, learn more about the area & ejoy the ride. We would highly suggest anyone coming to Charleston to take both tours. Charleston is Beautiful from the middle of town & also from the Harbor!

The price of the tour is very reasonable, and that was our first consideration. We were comfortably seated in the spot of our choosing, and the tour started promptly. Refreshments were available for a fee, but some of the other boat tour companies don't even have drinks available, so we were happy that this one did. We learned from the narration and saw many interesting things, including dolphins. I would recommend this tour to those who like to learn about the area. It was a nice boat ride around the beautiful harbor.

Really enjoyed the harbor cruise. The carriage tour was good, but would have preferred another route.

This was a great experience..I highly recommend this trip. My child is 17, she LOVED it! all 3 are well worth the money! For us the best thing is you schedule the boat ride and the carriage ride and plantation tour is when ever you would like to go. I will tell you this we ALL got so sleepy riding the boat.. it was SOO relaxing. ;) Hope everyone else enjoys this as much as we did! THANKS!!

Food was great, music was great! One of the best parts of our trip.

What a Great time we had. The food was very good and the band (Shimp City Slim) was excellent. There was a birthday party going on and the people went out of their way to have all of us participate in the activities. We sang Happy Birthday and danced. What a great time. My wife and I visit Charleston each year the last week of Sept. We certainly hope the Blues and BBQ harbor tour will be during that week next year. Thanks for the experience.

Our evening was wonderful! The music was good, the band was fun and engaging with the crowd. The Home Team barbecue was great, as usual. The boat ride was very nice. We rode around under the James Island connector and then under the Ravenel bridge and around Drum Island. It was a beautiful night, the crew was very pleasant and competent. I would love to do it again.

The evening was great, the sunset beautiful, the water calm. The BarBQ was OK. You could eat as much as you wanted. And the music was loud and fun, just as it should be.

We loved both the carriage and boat tours because we learned so much about Charleston!! Sean, our carriage guide, and the boat's captain were both exceptional.

The Captain greeted the quest in front of me. Stepped in front of me (was facing me) and went on to the next couple. Did not speak.

The tour was wonderful and the agent was very knowledgable.

It was fabulous and the narrator so ever so informative. It was lovely!!
