Charleston Harbor Tours

What a Great time we had. The food was very good and the band (Shimp City Slim) was excellent. There was a birthday party going on and the people went out of their way to have all of us participate in the activities. We sang Happy Birthday and danced. What a great time. My wife and I visit Charleston each year the last week of Sept. We certainly hope the Blues and BBQ harbor tour will be during that week next year. Thanks for the experience.

Our evening was wonderful! The music was good, the band was fun and engaging with the crowd. The Home Team barbecue was great, as usual. The boat ride was very nice. We rode around under the James Island connector and then under the Ravenel bridge and around Drum Island. It was a beautiful night, the crew was very pleasant and competent. I would love to do it again.

The evening was great, the sunset beautiful, the water calm. The BarBQ was OK. You could eat as much as you wanted. And the music was loud and fun, just as it should be.

We loved both the carriage and boat tours because we learned so much about Charleston!! Sean, our carriage guide, and the boat's captain were both exceptional.

The Captain greeted the quest in front of me. Stepped in front of me (was facing me) and went on to the next couple. Did not speak.

The tour was wonderful and the agent was very knowledgable.

Although the weather didn't cooperate for the entire trip, we had a good time. The narration from the Captain was entertaining and very informative. We got to see Charleston from a unique perspective. Would eagerly recommend this tour to anyone visiting this lovely city.

With a light and humorous tone, the ships' captain led us around the Charleston Harbour pointing out numerous points of interest, informative historical facts and even a pod of dolphins. The rest of the crew were courteous and friendly, making for a pleasant afternoon on the water.

The tour was on time and was very informative. It was very serence and enjoyable.

Very enjoyable boat trip around the harbor. Saw amazing history which was explained by the captain. The dolphins added to the experience, I highly recommend this , nice and relaxing too.

We enjoyed the tours very much. The guides were well-informed, funny, and enthusiastic.

We chose to do the harbor tour first as an overview of Charleston and the surrounding area. It absolutely met and exceeded our expectations, serving our group of seven (ages 2 - 45) perfectly. Beginning with the clerk at the tour office and ending with the captain, his first and second mate, we were all very pleased with our experience and highly recommend this tour. The snack bar and trivia time was an added bonus too.
