Charleston Harbor Tours

My husband and I stayed on Seabrook Island for a week and wanted to explore Charlestion in just one day. The harbor boat ride was nice and relaxing. The tour guide told interesting stories and got close enough to sites to take nice pictures. The carriage ride was nice and also provided a way to learn about Charleston quickly.

Purchasing the tour through Zerve was fast and easy. Everything went smoothly when I presented my online ticket to the clerk at the tour site.

This was an awesome tour. The captain of the boat was very knowledgeable about the certain points we saw. He also was a nice, joking person. Everyone on board seemed to have a really good time. There were three of us, me, my husband, and our 22 year old son. Our son really enjoyed this tour.

Even on a hot day, the water breezes made this a nice event. The children enjoyed dolphin watching while the teens and adults enjoyed the history and trivia games. The crew was WONDERFUL! All were friendly and a joy to be around. They took the time to walk around and help the kids spot dolphins.

Good Food, Great Music, Fabulous Sunset, Very Attentive Crew.

The food was delicious and there was even award winning Mac and Cheese to go with the BBQ!! Shrimp City Slim did a great job with the music and they were fun with the lyrics and song choices. The entire crowd on the boat was really into dancing and enjoying it!! The cruise started in the daylight at 7:00P.M and ended in the dark at 9:00P.M. We saw an amazing sunset set to music! I got some great pictures of the sunset, as well as pictures of Charleston from the harbor. The Ravenel Bridge also looked beautiful from the water at night. The crew on the boat took good care of everybody and added to the fun! Charleston is lucky to have Shrimp City Slim and his love for the blues!! I will be back to do this again!!!

My friend and I were visiting Charleston for the first time and really had no idea where to go or what to do. I discovered the Tri-Combo a few days before our trip and felt like $50 was a good deal to take a harbor tour, carriage ride and visit a plantation. The Harbor tour was informative, relaxing and fun. The Captain made the trip interesting and entertaining. The carriage ride was a great way to see an overview of Charleston and we were able to walk back to sights we wanted to see more of. Our carriage driver was very knowledgable and also had a great sense of humor. The folks at the carriage barn were also helpful. We spent most of the next day at Boone Plantation and that was a great experience also. We felt we got more than our money's worth with this combo tour!

Good choice for anyone.

I brought the rain to Charleston so got rained out for 2 days,July 26 and 27 and did not have time for the 9:30am tour before leaving on the 28th. Did spend a lot of time around the battery and Yorktown so saw many of the same sites.

Both tours were infomative and we saw beautiful sights! Lots of fun, and I will be taking all my guests on the carriage tour from here on out!

If you're looking for a detailed and historic narrative of Charleston, this is a good place to get it. Plus the view around the harbor is decent. I thought the quality of the sound system aboard the Carolina Belle was very good. Very easy to hear, which is important if you want to pay attention to the historical aspect and not as much on the visual experience.

If you want to have a fun experience and learn all about Charleston, this is the way to go. Knowledgable guides made every part of the carriage ride and the boat tour a trip to remember. My fiance and I are school administrators and we know of no better way to get a real "Charleston Education"; while at the same time, making memories that will last forever.
