Charleston Harbor Tours

We enjoyed the package tours. The Boone Hall Plantation gave us insight to the southern culture and enjoyed the talks, the walks, the tours and the ride. We spent 4 hours there and enjoyed it all and felt like we saw everything. The Harbor tour was interesting and a nice ride around the harbor. We sat in the back on top in the open air and the exhaust from the boat was annoying, but we stayed where we were. Only thing that could have been easier was to be able to use the print out for the actual tickets. We had to stop at the Maritime Center to pick up the tickets for Boone Hall because we wanted to do that first, before the harbor tour. If you do the Harbor tour first this will not be a problem. Overall great deal!

The price of the tour is very reasonable, and that was our first consideration. We were comfortably seated in the spot of our choosing, and the tour started promptly. Refreshments were available for a fee, but some of the other boat tour companies don't even have drinks available, so we were happy that this one did. We learned from the narration and saw many interesting things, including dolphins. I would recommend this tour to those who like to learn about the area. It was a nice boat ride around the beautiful harbor.

Really enjoyed the harbor cruise. The carriage tour was good, but would have preferred another route.

Our evening was wonderful! The music was good, the band was fun and engaging with the crowd. The Home Team barbecue was great, as usual. The boat ride was very nice. We rode around under the James Island connector and then under the Ravenel bridge and around Drum Island. It was a beautiful night, the crew was very pleasant and competent. I would love to do it again.

The Captain greeted the quest in front of me. Stepped in front of me (was facing me) and went on to the next couple. Did not speak.

With a light and humorous tone, the ships' captain led us around the Charleston Harbour pointing out numerous points of interest, informative historical facts and even a pod of dolphins. The rest of the crew were courteous and friendly, making for a pleasant afternoon on the water.

This is the second time we did this cruise, we had a great time and the band is excellent, the only problem is the boat is to small and from what we heard the band will be on a larger boat neat year.

We took the Harbor Tour first and enjoyed it so much. The Captain was entertaining and provided a great deal of history without being boring. The crew was also very nice to us. The ship itself was great. The time aboard went by way too quickly. The carriage tour was next. We couldn't have been any luckier to have gotten anyone better to be our guide. He talked through the whole tour, pointing out interesting details and telling us stories that were so very interesting. This day was the highlight of our week long vacation. I would recommend both tours to anyone. Great people! Great tours!

It was a good overview of Charleston Harbor, both historical and present, presented in an interesting manner, with an element of humor. Very enjoyable, and worth the price!

We did the Harbor tour, we did the Carriage ride in historic Charleston, but time did not allow us to enjoy the Plantation Tour. We paid for all three activities, but were unable to enjoy all three. The location of the Plantation Tour was too far from the rest of the package to get to in time. We were given no direction on which portion of tour package to take first. So we paid for a three tour package, but only received the benefits of two. I'm sure it would have been nice to see, but we did enjoy our visit to Charleston, SC.

barbecue is great, band is phenomenal, bartender is efficient, sunset is beautiful....what more could you want?

This was an excellent tour experience. We came to Charleston to celebrate out 50th wedding anniversary.

This was a very good tour, both the ferry tour and the carriage tour. Excellent way to learn a great deal about the area in a limited amount of time and to see the sights from both the water and roadway. Carriage tour very interesting and we had a great tour guide.

Very informative, really enjoyed the trip.
