We purchased the ticket through Charleston Harbour (for both activities). After I purchased my tickets, the receipt was saying to go to the arbour and that they would supply me with a voucher for the plantation. The problem is that we were planning to do the plantation first, so I was very confused about how the plantation would accept my receipt. Finally, I was scarred for nothing because the plantation accepted my receipt & provided me a voucher for the boat, it was so easy.... So please change the wording to say that we can present ourself to either one and that the first attraction will provide a voucher for the second one.
Also for the parking at the arbour, please indicate clearly that the packing is on the right (not left where they say it is not their but do not indicate where it is). Thanks |

I had never been to Charleston before, and I only had two days to visit. Taking the Harbor Tour gave us an overview of the city, so we could decide what to focus on later. The trip was very informative and gave you a chance to see how beautiful the Charleston area is. My one bit of advice is don't forget to use sunblock. Between the sun glaring down and the reflection from it off the water, I got a pretty bad sunburn. However, I'd do it again, and since the ride contributed to making our first trip to Charleston such a pleasure, I am planning on returning as soon as I get the chance. |

I could not believe they asked for tips at the end of the cruise. If i remember right I paid for the cruise and if the crew abord the vessel did nothing for me to ear a tip in anyway shape or form. Actually the guy narrating the cruise talked to the people in the front of the boat and by the time the rear of the boat got there no one knew what to look for. Oh yea and the Plantation was not a Plantation. It was a replica home builtin 1935. |

I highly recommend the harbor tour and palmetto carriage ride. The carriage ride was our favorite event on our trip thanks to Adam for being a great guide/driver. The harbor tour and carriage ride compliment each other very well. We were a little disappointed in the plantation trip. The house is more modern than other plantation tours and the house tour is very limited. |

This trip was a mother-daughter trip and we had a lot of fun! My mother very much enjoyed the boat ride on the Carolina Belle, I on the other hand got a little seasick. The carriage ride is always a favorite of ours and we highly recommend Palmetto Carriage Works! The only complaint I have is that you are charged $2 per ticket to book online.-That may not seem like a lot but when you are on a tight budget it adds up. |

Two areas I would like to speak about:
1. Since Harborfest was being held in Charleston the weekend we went, we were forced to park in a city garage and pay $5.00 for parking when we were initially going to be able to park for free. Since this came about after we bought our tickets through Zerve, I believe we should be reimbursed for the five dollar parking fee.
2. It would make the whole process much less troublesome if you could get all tickets for the combo's via e-mail or U.S. Mail and not have to stop and pick up tickets for the plantation tour prior to going there. This was a major inconvenience for us, for which there does not seem to be a necessary reason , and should not have to be so difficult to accomplish.
Thanks,
Bob Funk |

If you go on the Fort Sumter tour, which is a must when visiting Charleston, this Harbor tour will duplicate a lot of what you already saw with the Fort Sumter tour, but does flesh out other points of interest. You will see Fts. Johnson and Moultrie, as well as Pinckney's "Mansion" which are discussed a lot at Fort Sumter, but not pointed out or brought near enough to see. Some of the sites mentioned in the harbor tour were done in such a vague manner, we weren't sure what was being described. It is a comfortable ride and a nice break from walking. You will want to stay on the right side of the boat. Note: can be breezy on the boat if staying on the top part. |

I liked this tour because it was very informative and interesting. A good way to spend 90 minutes of your time. This is a nice tour to take if you want to see things and learn things in a short amount of time. The tour is not so long that you get tired or bored of just looking and, the guides were very informative of the surroundings and the sites you were seeing. |

I was a little hesitant when my friend suggested this cruise but it could not have been more fun. The boat was uncrowded, the music was excellent. I'd read reviews about the food being lousy. No, there was no dessert but the barbecue was great, the macaroni out of this world. The crew was friendly and so was the crowd. We went out in light, saw a gorgeous sunset and returned in the dark, all to awesome musical accompaniment. I'd definitely go, again. |
