Charleston Harbor Tours

We had a very relaxing informative ride on the Charleston Harbor Tour.

We enjoyed the harbour and carrige tour. They were both interesting and factual- I would recommend to anyone!

I thought the boat and carriage rides were well organized. The tour guides for the boat ride and the carriage ride were very knowledgeable about Charleston. I especially enjoyed the carriage ride because the guide of that tour spoke a lot about Old Charleston (Charlestown). I felt, by listening to him, that I was going back in time to three hundred years ago. Learning about the charms and intrigues of the Charleston of the past was fascinating. I highly recommend the carriage tour. The boat ride is also a wonderful experience. One gets to cruise along Cooper River and to see the islands surrounding Charleston in the distance. One will learn the history of how the Civil War got launched on this particular tour.

take an early tour,the sun is a killer especially in August. a good view of the harbor. great captain.

Harbor tour was great, person doing the speaking had a great voice. We sat downstairs, we found it a bit stuffy before the tour ended. The datail you provide is great. My wife and I loved the carriage ride. The guide was very funny. He told us interesting bits of information all along the trip.

We enjoyed the plantation tour very much. We would have enjoyed the harbour tour more if we could hear. We sat on the inside of the boat and the sound was extremely muffled. My husband went upstairs on the outside of the boat and that's where the tour could be heard. Please fix that. Because no one could hear we all just talked and looked at the scenery. It did allow all of us sitting below to meet each other.

Had to give our tickets away at the last moment.

This was a nice relaxing way to see historical areas and other points of interests. A fantastic view of the bridge. The crew were friendly and helpful.

The process was simple and quick. I really appreciated the follow-up phone call to confirm. I have signed up for reservations online, only to discover later that it was not processed, so it was reassuring to have an actual person call and touch base. When I picked up my group tickets, the representative at the venue acted as though she had all the information that she needed and was expecting our arrival.

My husband and I have visited Charleston many times for our wedding anniversary. This was the first time we booked the Harbor Tour. It was very enjoyable to take a relaxed and very informative tour on Sunday morning, especially after we walked all over Charleston the day before. We will take the tour again.

arrrived 1hr before boat tour and signed in and received carriage tour tickets. I along with several other passengers were told trip was cancelled when we attempted to board boat at prescribed time (11am). I also discovered I could have purchased tickets a lot cheaper on site for similar activities( I will do that next time)

Harbour Cruise was good apart from the fact the boat didn't really go close to anything .Also there was a lot of diesel fumes around the boat . The carriage ride was very interesting
