Charleston Harbor Tours

My girlfriend and I took this harbor tour earlier this week and while we're both pretty easy to please, it was a great experience. The boat is in very good condition, there is a snack bar with some high priced items, but that came as no surprise. The tour itself was very informative, taking us within a stones throw of Fort Sumter and under the Arthur Ravenel Bridge which made for excellent pictures. In addition to the narrated tour, we also witnessed dolphins surfacing on several occasions and there were also a pack of 3 dolphins at the bow of the boat showing us the way, or so we like to think :) Fairly priced and the tour didn't disappoint

Loved it. Will do it again real soon.

We thoroughly enjoyed our Harbor Cruise & Carriage ride! We are local but had family visiting from out of town. The harbor cruise was very informative and fun, and the crew was soo friendly. The carriage company was also friendly and our guide was very funny and even kept our 6 year olds attention! :)

The cruise was fantastic. The captain, along with the crew, gave exceptional details as we went by historical locations. I found it comfortable, entertaining, informative, and a wonderful way for a family to enjoy an afternoon. Afterwards, the carriage ride was a great way to view the city and its history. I would highly recommend this combo package to anyone visiting Charleston.

the boat trip was very good -the plantation was excellent-the slave exhibit was closed would have liked to hear more about slavery in the south

I HAD FRIEND IN FROM BOTON MA AND THEY AS WELL AS I THOROUGHY ENJOYED THE BOAT CRUISE AROUND THE HARBOR. AND I MUST SAY THE CREW WAS FRIENDLY AND EXCELLENT AS HOSTS,

Location and parking were convenient, tour was relaxing and very informative, enjoyed being on the water but it was a little cool and windy for being on deck. Having the enclosed area was welcomed. Good narration from our captain. Would recommend to others and give a 4 out of 5 stars rating.

The cruise was fun and satisfying. Chick Willis and his band were really getting the crowd jumping, and Hometeam BBQ'D was great as usual. My lady and I really had a blast!

The bar set up was inefficient in that everyone was standing around bar listening to music, eliminating access to the bar. I had to order through the hole in the side wall

My wife and I very much so enjoyed this trip. the length of the trip of just right and it was a very beautiful day for us. We would recommend this trip!

The tour of Charleston Harbor was very informative and interesting. The captain provided us with alot of information. The only thing that would have made it better would have been docking at Fort Sumter and getting to look inside the fort. We thoroughly enjoyed our day at Boone Hall. There were many interesting programs there.

The band was the best thing about this activity. The BBQ was overcooked. Seating was inadequate and crowded. There was no dessert either. When we first arrived the heaters were cranked up so high, we were melting. Halfway through dinner they were adjusted. Atmosphere in the dining room was stark and people were standing in line to get food by the tables were people were eating. Definitely not worth the $39.50. And tell me why the band took a break when the cruise was only 2 hours.

This was an evening cruise on a cold December night. The food was excellent and plentiful. Even though it was cold on the top deck of the boat, the band was enjoyable and played a variety of music. We enjoyed watching the lighted boat parade in the harbor.

I had no problems with this tour. The tour speaker was clear and to the point with helpful information about the sights seen as we traveled the harbor area.
