Charleston Harbor Tours

I enjoyed this history laden tour of the harbor narrated live by a captain with a fun sense of humor. It made the tour educational as well as interesting and very enjoyable.

The harbor cruise was very relaxing and the friendly staff was ready to provide any information on the historic sites. The Olde Town Carriage Company, however, has very limited operating hours (would you believe they stop at 4pm!) so I could not take the carriage tour with them. However, when the Palmetto carriage tour company heard that I was leaving town the next day and could not take the carriage tour, they accomodated me on their mule-drawn carriage tour from the Red Barn, which was excellent!

Had a wonderful time! Food was soooo good. Workers on boat were friendly and professional. Band created a wonderful relaxing atmosphere.

I have lived in South Carolina for a number if years and wanted to do something in celebrationof my husbands birthday and I decided to give him a prebirthday present and we both loved it. The atmosphere was wonderful and the tour was very delightful and peaceful. We decided that we are going to take advantage of some of the other tours that Charleston have to offer.

The music was great we purchased a couple cd's Food was also great fresh and tasty The cruise itself was breath taken as the sun set over the river

As out-of-state visitors to Charleston for the first time, and with only one day to visit, we were thrilled to find this 90 minute cruise. It offered us an opportunity to see quite a bit of the area and hear the history of the homes, forts, etc. We also enjoyed the narrated carriage ride that toured the historical streets. The carriage driver was witty and fun and made the ride very enjoyable. The homes were so beautiful. I truly recommend this combo package to anyone with limited time to visit Charleston and/or who is unable to walk a great distance.

Me and my fiancée went on this tour while visiting Charleston. Had a wonderful experience at a reasonable cost. All staff were friendly, tour information was interesting and fun

I liked the information on the history of the area and the sights were bountiful. I would recommend either or the harbor tour and the carriage tour for anyone. Great fun!

Enjoyed the Harbor Tour, was a good length at a decent price. Carriage ride was excellent, had a driver that was knowledgeable and had a great sense of humor. Wish it was longer though.

This tour is worth the money. The crew seemed knowledgeable of the area and its history and interacted with the passengers very well.

Only complaints were the price (40$ per person) and there were people smoking

The harbor tour was ok but I probably wouldn't do it again. The captain was entertaining though. The carriage tour was great and our tour guide was hilarious and I absolutely would do it again. The plantation tour I was very disappointed in. The "butterfly garden" had TWO butterflies in it and about as large as my living room. Very lame. The only let you see 5 rooms downstairs of the mansion and NO PHOTOS are allowed. The grounds need work. I definitely would not go back and it was a waste of $20

$40 a person was alot for some bbq an a blues band. Would have had a better time for half the price.
