Everything was well organized, done in a timely manner and a was most delightful trip. Though it was an extremely hot day, the breeze on the boat, with access to snacks and drinks, made it comfortable. The horse carriage ride was very enjoyable. I would highly recommend this trip to others. The price was most reasonable for the service and pleasure received. |

The tour was really nice. The ride was very smooth which was a suprise as it was a little stormy out. The history was informative and we had a great view of Fort Sumter. I even saw a dolpin! There is a lot of history and site seeing on this tour and I would highly recommend it to anyone. |

If I have out of town guests the Charleston Harbor Tour is one of the first activities I usually take them to. It gives them a nice perspective of the city. It was raining on and off the day of our tour but I guess that was better than getting caught downtown without an umbrella. The boat was a little crowded but the crew was very nice and the captain / tour guide tried to keep things interesting. My only complaints were inadequate air conditioning on the lower deck, disorganized service at the bar and the somewhat high price of the tickets. As seniors, my wife and I each got a whole whopping dollar discount. What really ticked me off was the two dollar per ticket booking fee you folks at Zerve charge. Next time I think I'll go in person and save myself a few bucks. |

This Harbor & Plantation Combo Tour package was too much effort & cost to really make a good day trip. The Plantation was a 30 minute taxi cab ride ( 35.00 each way) from the Charleston Harbor. A combo package should include transportation even if it's an extra charge. When I add the 63.00 online price to the 80.00 in taxi & tip cost it would have been easier & less costly for me to book directly through my hotel. Not a good value & more of a hassle than expected! |

A fun boat cruise with entertaining descriptions from a good boat captain/guide. We have been to Charleston many times and are fairly knowledgible of the area, but this was still informative and something we would do again . |

Best part of the carriage tour for children was meeting at the barn and seeing the animals. Would recommend taking water for young children during hot Summer months...over an hour for carriage ride in hot sun. Harbor tour was very relaxing but best to be in covered area or in lower enclosed deck for young children, otherwise too hot/sunny for the 90 min. tour....remember sunscreen! Best part for kids was seeing dolphins in the water. |

My husband and I just moved to the Charleston area and decided to take the harbor tour to see the sites and learn about our new city. It was perfect! It was just beautiful and peaceful out on the harbor and the tour guide filled us with all kinds of interesting historical facts. He even had a humorous way of telling stories that made it light, interesting, and fun. Highly recommended!! We'll be bringing all of our out-of-town guests for the tour. |

We purchased the 3-in-1 combo tour since this was our first time to Charleston and wanted to make the most of our day. The habor tour on the Carolina Belle was great, we got to see a lot of things around the habor and learned a lot of facts as well. On a very hot summer day this was a nice break. You could sit upstairs and get a nice breeze or if it was too hot could go downstairs in the enclosed AC room and still be able to see everything the captain was talking about. We even had a couple dolphin sightings while on board. Our children really enjoyed this. The second part of our tour was the Palmetto Carriage Ride through downtown Charleston, this is diffenite MUST DO! Our driver and tour guide Jenny and out two mule team Yahoo and Sissy were great. She provided us with lots of information and infused her humor into it as well and made for a great tour. We were able to see parts of historic downtown and learn about some of the history as well. This was our favorite part of the tour. The last part of our tour that day was the plantation tour to Boone Hall. This was the least favorite of the whole tour and after all was said and done, wished we had not purchased this part of the tour. It was a bit of a drive from where we were in downtown Charleston, especially for someone not from the area. It was a very hot and humid day and you had to wait out in the heat to tour the plantation home. Once in the home, we were disappointed to find out we would only be able to see 3 of the 30 rooms, no photography was allowed except outside (none of this was mentioned in the advertisement). The tour guide was well informed and the grounds were beautiful. But at the end of the day as I said before could have passed on this tour and maybe opted for one of the other home to tour in downtown Charleston instead.
Charleston is a beautiful city with all kinds of sights to see and explore. |

It was nice to hear the history as well as the gorgeous views! I have to say I liked the Plantation best but I think the children enjoyed the harbor cruise more. |

After I purchased the carriage ride and the combo tour for the Harbor Tour/Plantation I came home and reread the paperwork that stated the Boone Plantation was included. funny thing between the check-in at the Carriage company then the Harbor Tour company I found out I was left without the vouchers for the Boone Plantation. Neither the girl at the carriage ride company or the girl at the Harbor provided us with the vouchers and later that day we paid $35 for the entrance to Boone Plantation. When I called I was told to contact the people in Charleston. Bad very bad way of dealing with somone that you collected over $135 for tours . Very upset with this service . |
