Charleston Harbor Tours

This tour is extremely relaxing and very educational! Definitely a great experience!

The tour was fun and interesting. Not a hot day and the breeze was nice especially if you were sitting on the top deck. Water was very pretty and calm with not too many birds flying over. Narration of the different sites/locations was short, very informative and too the point. Beautiful views of St Sullivians Island, Fort Sumpter, etc. from top of the boat but be sure to wear plenty of sunscreen. There was not a lot of folks during the 1:30 time slot which was good.

The cruise was at least as expected, if not better. The informational narrative was informative, and the views of features around the harbor were satisfyingly up close and lingering.

We thoroughly enjoyed our sunset cruise. The weather was spectacular, we had a full moon rising over the harbor, and the band was great. Foul weather would have definitely detracted from the experience, since the views from the cabin are not as spectacular. I also would not recommend the trip for small children, since the music, drinks and BBQ were definitely geared for older teens and adults.

The crew treated us with great enthusiasm and cheer. The food was good. The entertainment was the greatest. We took the cruise because Shrimp City Slim and band were the entertainment. We are extremely appreciative of Shrmp City Slim.. He is the greatest. This was the 2nd time we went to Charleston to see him. You can imagine our enjoyment when we went to Charleston the next day for blues and again ran into "Slim" at the Mad River Bar & Grille when we went to see Drink Small. You should have him on your Cruise along with Slim (Gary Erwin). We buy Slim's music and play it from West Virginia to South Carolina.

My girlfriend (from out of town) and I went on this cruise to show her the harbor and expected it to be just a bit more exciting than a normal harbor cruise. No way, the band was awesome, really different from sitting in a bar (like Home Team) listening to music. The boat is kind of small in a good way, only like 40 (?) people, so you get a good party feel. I'm going to organize a big group with a bunch of friends. Highly recommended for date, happy hour or party with friends, for tourists and locals alike!

The cruise was great! The barbeque buffet was excellent. The entertainment provided by Shrimp City Slim was awesome. You couldn't help but "groove" along with him. If you like blues and barbeque, this is the place for you. It was a fabulous two hours!!

I was impressed with history lesson about the Charleston harbor.

The driver we had at the plantation was great, he gave us a lot of history, he looked like john belushi.

My husband and I traveled to South Carolina for our honeymoon, and these were a couple of the first activities we did. We loved them! The harbor tour is a great place to start to get you an overall background of many of the local attractions, and it was quite relaxing. The crew was great, and if you pay close enough attention you may catch sight of a dolphin or two! We then went to the plantation the same day, and it was beautiful. The avenue of Oaks is breathtaking, and everyone was very informative and friendly. The other great thing about the Boone Hall plantation is that your ticket gets you in to see everything; this is not the case with many other plantations in the area (separate costs for house tour, carriage tour, etc). Overall, they were both wonderful!

Each tour showed different aspects of the city.. the guides were very knowledgeable and made it fun.

Everyone on both tours were great! You learn so much in such a short time as well as seeing some of the great history that Charleston has to offer. Our tour guide on the carriage ride (Peyton) was outstanding!

The Boone Hall Plantation is filled with southern charm. Its home and gardens are beautiful. The views aboard the Carolina Belle are breathtaking! What a fun time.

The harbor tour was fun. A lot of points of interest were covered. The air conditioner on the boat did not cool very well.

the combo package was amazing and reasonably priced. The tour of the city was absolutely beautiful and the instructor was animated yet informative.
