We thoroughly enjoyed all three tours. All of the tour guides were very friendly and knowledgable of the sites, including the history of each site. It was my first trip to Charleston, SC and I hope very much to make it back there again. Having been born and raised in the south (Atlanta), I felt a great sense of pride in the history of Charleston. |

Our group really enjoyed this cruise around the harbor, and visiting friends from St. Louis loved the tour history given about the sights within our view. Dolphins were even sighted! So glad it was a cloudy day so we could enjoy being on the upper deck without the sun beating down on us, however, there are accommodations with air conditioning for those less acclimatized. Very enjoyable afternoon. |

This was our first visit (my husband and I) to Charleston. We especially enjoyed the carriage ride. Our driver was very informative as well as comical. He made the ride quite interesting. The Boone Hall Plantation was a place we were very glad we chose. To see an actual working farm, a beautiful house, learn about the Gullah culture, bought blackberry jam (made from blackberries grown on th farm) and fresh peaches. We spent 3 days there and plan to visit again. There is still much to see and do. |

It was one of the best tours I have been on. You get to choose the time to take the carriage tour and can delay the time to go to the Plantation. |

So glad we bought the Combo Ticket. It made both activities so easy. No problems-easy as pie. Just ordered online-paid online and that was it. Couldn't ask for it to be anything easier. Everyone was so friendly!! |

We took the boat tour first which was very helpful and interesting. Another day we toured Boone Plantation where we were given a coupon for a special price on a meal at Boone Plantation Market. We went there for lunch and enjoyed a good meal. We noticed prices there for most things were very reasonable and it would be a good place to get food and wine gifts. We spent about 4 hours at the Plantation. While the information on Zerve says that there are restrooms available throughout the Plantation property, we only found two locations--the Visitor's Center and a handicapped restroom located at the end of the row of slave homes which would not be convenient or easily accessible for anyone in a wheelchair or using a walker because going there requires walking on a dirt road and on uneven ground. On another day, we took the Carriage Ride, which was my favorite tour. Our guide was very knowledgeable and provided many interesting facts and insights into the history of Charleston. |

I really enjoyed the tour. The guides were knowledgeable and very friendly. The picture before the boat ride was a great culmination to the tour. I would recommend. |

Harbor tour was great - very informative and relaxing. Plantation was a disappointment as the tour is 4 rooms in the house. The slave cabins were interesting as was the Gullah presentation |

This trip was a mother-daughter trip and we had a lot of fun! My mother very much enjoyed the boat ride on the Carolina Belle, I on the other hand got a little seasick. The carriage ride is always a favorite of ours and we highly recommend Palmetto Carriage Works! The only complaint I have is that you are charged $2 per ticket to book online.-That may not seem like a lot but when you are on a tight budget it adds up. |
