Seller Description:
Haunts of Richmond has been offering walking ghost tours since May of 2005. Long time residents of Richmond, Virginia, Scott and Sandi Bergman performed extensive research on the history of downtown Richmond and its many legends and ghost stories in developing their "Haunts of Richmond" walk-through haunted attraction. It was this research and the requests of many of the haunted house guests that enabled the Bergmans to begin offering Richmond's only ongoing nighttime ghost tour.
In addition to post-bachelor's study of history at Virginia Commonwealth University, Sandi has served as a docent at Maymont House in Richmond for several years as well as developing the Shadows of Shockoe tour and serving as the Ghost Host at Haunts.

Activity Description
Visit some of Richmond’s most haunted pubs where you can hoist a pint with some of the regulars who are still “hanging around”! Sit comfortably as your ghost guide spins the intoxicating tales of ghastly happenings in the oldest neighborhood in Richmond.
You'll have time to get to know the spirits, your guide, and fellow pub crawlers. Drinking is not required to have a spirited encounter, but because the tour goes into the bars and taverns, no one under the age of 21 is allowed. We visit 3-4 pubs and taverns, potentially including: - Richbrau Brewing Company – Dearly departed ladies of the evening are still trying to make friends.
- Sine Irish Pub – This former tobacco warehouse is frequented by the specter an unlucky ex-employee.
- The Berkeley Hotel– The beloved owner of this hotel is still walking the halls.
- The Tobacco Company – A mysterious lady enjoys the companionship she finds at this lively restaurant.
- Rosie Connolly’s – Guests still encounter some of the turn of the century tenants of the YMCA in this Irish pub.

What Is Not Included?
Parking and refreshments are not included. Guests have the opportunity to purchase food and beverages from the four restaurants visited.
