| It was not only a great way to hear some creepy ghost stories, but also a great way to learn some history about Richmond. Our guide was sick, but she was so energetic & exciting despite that. She was very knowledgable, even while i asked her random questions along the way. Everyone seemed to really enjoy it. And I might still be having nightmares about the tunnel incident. |

| My husband and I decided to take this tour to change up Friday night, we really liked it. It is not too scary and it really gives you a chance to learn some histroy about the place that we live. It is a fun way to learn history with a little haunted twist! |

| Marcia was our tour guide, She kept us entertained throughout the entire tour. I would recomend that people wear comfortable shoes because you will be walking for 90 mins or more. My overall experience; however, is that I enjoyed the walk and learning some history of Richmond. |

| There was a bit too much down time between sites that were viewed on the Tour. The walking was enjoyable & sites & tour was nice but it might be nice to have some more places in between sites to provide more information rather than just walking 15 minutes between locations. |

| We live in Richmond and took our out of town married children on the tour. Everyone enjoyed it very much. My husband saw something in one of the windows and we all were fascinated and learned a lot. The guide was excellent. The stories were familiar to us having studied Richmond history and taken many tours but the guide presented the info in a new and exciting way. We were very pleased that this was a serious lecture and had nothing todo with Halloween or spook house type of stories. I would recommend this to anyone with an interest in the paranormal and think it could help start an interest in those with an open mind.
Our group consisted of 2 60 year old adluts with our 29 year old daughter and her husband. I'm sure we will do it again with friends we have been telling about our experience. |

| I thought it was informative and interesting but the tour guide walked so fast it was hard for my party to keep up. It felt rushed. I am glad I went though. We did have a good time. I can say I have been on a ghost tour and I did get a couple of interesting pictures too. The Poe Museum definitely has ghosts. |

| This tour was a lot of fun for my friends and myself, believers and skeptics in ghosts! We tooks pictures and ended up getting orbs, which was really cool! There was some walking involved, so wear comfortable shoes, but it wasn't too much! |

| My wife and I went on this walking tour on 8/16/08. The tour lasted for over two hours which was about 30 minutes too long. Lots of fairly strenuous walking up to the Capitol building and executive mansion. The ghost stories were fairly routine- tragic accident happened here, lots of people died kind of thing. The guide was an older male who did not have a lot of personality and was not overly enthusiastic. He had a bad habit of closing his eyes every time he addressed the group. He was knowledgeable about Richmond history and how it looked over the past 200 years. The highlights of the tour were the views of the Capitol building and mansion at night, the story about the Monumental Church, the visit to the sight of the buried train under Church Hill, and the Enchanted Garden at night. The tour may also interest those who want to know more about obscure Richmond historical events. My wife found this tour more interesting than I did and has more of an open mind about ghosts. Some people on the tour claimed to capture images of "orbs" with their cameras at some of the various stops. |
