| It was enjoyable evening spent in Richmond, VA.Activities were fine. Smaller groups are always more enjoyable. Ghost walk 1-10. Haunted House 1-4.....each activity had too many people. Also non-smoking events are always appreciated. |

| We went early for parking. No where to set to wait. Tour was good but the walk (pace) was way too fast. Wear comfortable shoes. They should open 1 hr early. |

| Not a lot of substantiated evidence of paranormal activity. The best stories were more historic in nature. The guide did a great job of engaging the group, though, and had a good sense of humor. |

| Our group as a whole was too large, the tour guide was all about Poe, and I felt like we being rushed along. None of the stories were exciting, it was boring enough that we left the group and went to dinner.
A different guide might have made a difference.... I don't know. I have no intentions of going back to find out. |

| The tour was interesting, although the tour guide was a bit annoying, with adding little jokes that only she found funny. It is very much overpriced ($18 each ticket when all is said and done) and should be reduce to $10 each. Tickets were not even checked by the guide and it would have been easy simply to join the group touring for free. |

| Our tour guide was fantastic. She was totally funny and entertaining and a had a huge knowledge of Richmond history. We loved her. The problem was our company on the tour...
We went on a 7:30PM tour, and it was overloaded with noisy kids, who were constantly yelling and interrupting the tour guide, as well as two large wet dogs. I love kids, but I think the tours should be split into adult tours and family tours, because people of different ages definitely have different attention spans. Given the choice to go again, I would go at 9:00PM instead of 7:30PM, to end up with a more adult crowd. Also, I don't think big wet dogs should be allowed on the tour. Leave the big wet dogs at home, people. As much as they love to walk, they don't care about Richmond history. Walk your big wet dogs, THEN go on the tour. Just my opinion. |

| The week following my Richmond ghost tour I took a New Orleans French Quarter haunted history tour on the night before Halloween. The New Orleans tour was longer and about the same price, but the Richmond tour leader was a better, more serious story teller.
My favorite ghost tour was in Las Vegas where the tour involved a short entertaining stage show and then a bus tour around Las Vegas to visit the few haunted sites available in the young city. The tour was conducted by a licensed undertaker and comedian and his stories were fantastic. It was well worth paying twice as much for the Vegas tour than was charged for the Richmond or New Orleans tours.

| The tour guide was great she was very up beat and added a little something extra to the stories. However, we were hoping for something a little more “real”. I think if we had been able to go into the various buildings or if we had the opportunity to look around on our own, if only for a few minutes, it would have had more of a Halloween feel.
As for the haunted house, just a tiny bit of light would have been nice. I know they were going for the ambience but you could not even see if someone in your group was right in front of you or if they had moved and because we did not know how we supposed to move through the house it made more annoying then scary. In addition, because we had no idea what was expected of us as far as navigating the house our timing was off and we would miss the beginning of the next story. The Actors were great however; it was hard to hear some of them above the recordings. Overall, our experience was okay but not really worth fifty dollars. |
