| Our family, including the teenagers, really enjoyed this tour! It was time well spent and prompted us to do further research on the topics covered in the tour. Strongly recommend. We can't wait to do the Haunted Capitol tour. | ||||||

| Stories were interesting and entertaining. Learned alot of history through the stories, which is one of the main reasons we do ghost tours. | ||||||

| Our group was all over 21 and perhaps we needed more history specific to the characters in order for the tour to be more interesting. Two of the stories were better because of the content, The Tunnel Collapse and The Blacksmith Murder. | ||||||

| Too much info at each stop. A couple of details about each one limited to a total of 5-10 minutes per stop would be great. I saw a good deal of fidgeting and bored looks on some members of our tour group. | ||||||

| While personable and knowledgable about local history, I'm baffled as to why someone who is afraid of ghosts would offer a ghost tour other than as an opportunity to make $. I have been on well over 20 ghost tours across the nation and this ranks as the absolute worst. Our guide had little to no understanding of the difference between EMF or EVP, which she could have picked up by watching a few shows on TV. One site we "toured" was 6 blocks away and consequently completely out of view. The owners also run a "haunted house" which should give you a sense of the level of competence. But I would have at least expected a degree of drama and flair. Don't waste ur time or $. And anyone w/ a bit of knowledge and sense of flair could easily put this operation out of business in a matter of weeks. | ||||||

| I went with my best friend and it was the first time I had ever done a ghost tour in cold weather. I would recommend taking with you the hand and toe warmers that can be purchased at Home Depot or any good Outdoor Type Store. Sandi, our tour guide did a great job. She was very informative and it was alot of fun. Of course, we heard a lot of history that I was able to look up on the internet when we got back home. If you are going on the tour please tip the guide if you think they did a great job. There were 8 of us on our tour and neither of the other two parties tipped the guide. Maybe they didn't know it is the proper thing to do. | ||||||

| The Shadows of Shockoe tour was a delightful, ghostly evening filled with artfully rendered tales of Richmond's most historic haunts. The tour guide, Sandi Bergman, wove tales of mystery and intrigue as she guided us by some of the oldest buildings in downtown Richmond where ghosts may reside. From stories of wounded soldiers roaming the halls of the Laser Quest still looking for fallen comrades, to the mysterious woman in the blue dress who watches over the Governer's Mansion, and the tragic calamity within the Church Hill Tunnel, our tour was brimming with history and intrigue. The tour is almost 75 minutes, and the route is walked, so wear season-appropriate clothing and comfortable shoes. My date and I had a great time, and would recommend this for everyone from history buffs to seekers of the paranormal. Have fun! | ||||||

| We really enjoyed this tour. Not only did we learn more History of Richmond but we also took pictures and had orb's in them. My daughter was skeptical at first but after she saw the pictures she really became quite interested. We hope to do this tour again in the spring of the year. | ||||||

| The tour was very informative as several points of interest were identified as haunted historical sites that I never knew existed and I have lived in Richmond for 63 years. The guide seemed prepared and very knowledgeable in describing, in detail, events that occured and continue to occur in some locations. A Halloween night well spent. | ||||||

| My daughter, who lives in Richmond, and I were looking for something a little different to do while I was down visiting her. We decided it would be great fun to do the Haunted Hike on Halloween night. So at 9 pm we assembled in front of the Poe Museum for an entertaining evening of delicious ghost stories. Our tour guide was a great story teller and led us through the streets of Shockoe Bottom. We not only heard some great stories, we also learned a little more of Richmond's history. The icing on the cake was the inadvertent entertainment provided by the various, ghouls, ghosts, tarts and cross-dressers heading to the bars for their Halloween fun. It was a fun evening! Put on your walking shoes and DO IT! | ||||||

| My wife and I took the tour for Halloween night just for fun. We are from Virginia, but from the opposite end of the state and just happened to be in town that night. Had a great time, the tour is very informational as well as "spooky" in sort of a non-threatening way. Marcia our guide was very good spirited and friendly, did a great job although I could do with a bit less humor and a bit more ghostly history. Still worth recommending, especially for the price. Hope to visit again! | ||||||

| I really thought this was a really neat thing to do. Marcia our tour guide was very knowledgeable about the Richmond area and had some pretty good tales to tell. Not to mention, we got to see all of the VCU students going to Hallowen parties all dressed up walking past us on our tour. Very cool. I recommend this tour for anyone curious about ghosts. I enjoyed it quite a bit. The museum was not hard to find at all. The directions were pretty clear. Hope you get to go next Halloween!! | ||||||

| The Haunts of Richmond was a fantastic way to spend the evening! I had no idea there was as much history in Richmond until after this tour. It is not only educational, but also very entertaining. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone who asks for exciting things to do in Richmond. | ||||||

| The walking pace was a little fast only to hear 4 stories. There could have been more stops on the way with a few more stories. Our guide (Marcia) was great. Very enthusiastic. Walked too fast for the age range of the group we had. A few people gave up 1/2 way. There are bound to be more ghost stories for Richmond. You could even make the tour 1.5 hours and tell more stories. Overall it was a fun night. | ||||||
