My Husband and I enjoyed the trip. The guide was very informative and we saw manatee, dolphins and many different kinds of birds.

The guide was very knowledgable and had a wonderful sense of humor. The captain of our boat was rude to my group of 17 from the beginning and seemed only to be friendly to us after we docked and the tip jug was out.Despite this we had a good time due to the guide and lots of wildlife spotted. The trip was the perfect length, especially for our younger riders.

was lead to believe that we would be on the paddle wheel boat. showed up and it was a pontoon boat. the narrator was very intelligent and described the creatures and plants accurately. the captain was unpleasant.

Both the captain and naturalist were very knowledgeable of the area and new exactly where to look for the wildlife on the trip. This was an excellent trip and there were plenty of opportunities for photography

Gross food. Expensive drinks. Horrible seats. Yep but the river is beautiful so not an entire failure

The four of us really enjoyed our tour. We found the guide was very well educated in all the birds and animals that we seen. We saw lots of different kinds of birds, also, manatees , dolphins, and fish. The water is shallow so it allows you to see the animals clearly. Overall, the tour was very relaxing and informative. Would recommend it to everyone. We loved it.

Really enjoyed the tour. Very nice tour guides, however this is the 2nd time in 3 years we have taken this tour and both times were scheduled through your internet site. Both times the manager had to call me the day of the tour and cancel our reservation because the boat was booked up with a tour bus. The first time I thought it was just bad luck but when it happened the 2nd time I was very annoyed it was canceled only a few short hours before the tour started. We are on vacation when we take these tours and sometime only down in Florida for a week. Good thing we decided to try and take the tour during mid week otherwise we wouldn't have had any time to pick another time to go. I think your site needs to be fixed to allow no booking if there aren't any seats available. Thanks.

Took my 91 year old mother on this trip to get her out of the house and get some fresh air. She absolutely loved it, as did everyone else in my group. The captain and naturalist were very professional, and knew the waters and wildlife cold. The highlights were several manatee, osprey, and anhinga. The crew was very helpful and patient getting my Mom and her walker on and off the boat. I recommend this trip to folks of all ages.

The boat ride was just the right amount of time, any longer than the two hours and my two kids would have been hard to control. They absolutely loved the amount of manatees, dolphins, and birds that we saw. They are animal enthusiasts and this was right up their alley! It was a neat experience for the adults and we appreciated that the boat was covered which protected us from the sun. We could bring our own drinks and snacks which was helpful, especially with kids who are constantly hungry. We all learned a great deal and the guides were friendly and informative. We really enjoyed that the boat was not packed so we could get up and move around easily to observe the animals from either side of the boat. I imagine if it is crowded that would be more difficult to do and thus difficult to see all the animals.

Really Enjoyed this trip. Saw lots of Dolphin activity, manatees and Birds. Also it was nice to see the backsides of the houses that line the water way.
