Island Boat Lines

We saw a manatee, dolphins, lots of birds and beautiful homes and waterways. We learned a lot about the area. Glad we took the cruise. Thank you.

As area residents, my husband and I learned much about the local wildlife, plant-life and waters. We, as well as our out-of-town guests, were very impressed with the knowledge of the tour guide. He and the boat's captain made the excursion fun and thoroughly enjoyable and entertaining. This will definitely be something to do again when friends come to visit us in the future!

I would like to thank Island Boat Lines for a great eco tour. The captain and tour guide were very informative and funny! My husband and I took my 71yr old mom on the 2pm tour and we all had a blast. We didn't see any Manatees this time but the dolphin sightings made up for it. A mother and her baby were jumping and surfing through the wake of the boat providing many photo opportunities for everyone. It was quite a show!

I took a group of 19 office people, ages 25 to 65. They seemed to enjoy it. Had good weather -Nov 18, 2011. I recommend doing it in the summer so that you get some daylight. Boat moves fast enough that there should be a cool breeze. Our November cruise was in the dark and required light jackets but that was kind of nice also. If your budget for attendees is only ~$50 each, this is a good outing. Make sure you go up to the upper deck, look at the sky and shoreline after the meal. Lower deck was crowded during the meal because they cram too many tables there since that is where the food line is also. Middle deck has more tables but we did not know that until afterwards. Friendly staff, very pleasant people. If they had had a full boat, then the whole experience would not have been as good. I paid for 25 people, no refunds after tickets are purchased. Launch and return time were within 3 minutes of schedule. Note that average dress is business casual. Web site should say that but doesn't. Jeans and tshirt will be underdressed. Music is on middle deck but does not start until after the meal. Stairs to upper deck are behind the stage.

Beth was a well informed guide. She provided a wealth of information about the flora and fauna we encountered on the ride. Capt. Mike was very helpful to her to take us up close to the sights.

Was well worth the money. Our main goal of the trip was to see dolphins....and we saw about 12 of them.....we were very excited. Nice relaxing boat ride in a beautiful setting.

Captain Mike and Bob were very knowledgeable and good at spotting the wildlife, and giving us information about everything we saw. We were the only four people on the pontoon boat - and so got very individualized attention. It was a fun two-hour tour. The area was also very nice, good beaches, restaurants, etc.

My husband and I enjoyed the two-hour tour, discovering the beautiful small islands near Cocoa Beach. It was heartening to see the protected islands that provide homes for many, many birds. We saw dolphins and manatees as well. It's a great education for both adults and children. Our guides were knowledgeable and pleasant.
