| Answered questions that I had about the traditions and beliefs of the Jewish group. Increased understanding of the reasons for traditions and daily activities. Immersion in the local community was very helpful. The attitude of the guide was very conducive to questions. |

| This tour was recommended to me by a family member, who was extremely enthusiastic about it's content and guides. After taking the tour myself, I agree completely, and encourage anyone interested in knowing about ways of living one's religion and learning about being happy in one's life choices, to join this tour. No question to either of the guides was off limits and I felt as if the community was unselfishly sharing itself with me. Thank you. |

| We could have gone on for hours discussing all the many aspect of Chassidism.
The Rabbi was open, informative, congenial. A wonderful experience I think everyone should participate in to better understand the lifestyle of the Chassidic Jews. Their devotion to G-d is truly inspiring. Thank you for the experience. I will pass it on to my friends and hope to some day return.

| This tour provided an exciting and educational view of a culture which had previously not welcomed outsiders or probing questions. I now understand the culture, its participants and the lure of the community. There are still some hard questions which remain unanswered. |

| Even though the guide was enthusiasitc and had good knowledge, the tour was limited to very few destinations. The website gives the impression that it is a 3 hour walking tour; whereas, the walking part does not exceed an hour. Also, the tour guide had a hidden agenda (i.e. make Lubavitchs look like a great group of people) and his main goal for the tour does not align with those of the visitors who would like to see Crown Heights in more detail. |

| Joining the tour, I learned a lot about the community. It is always nice to know about other people not just through reading books or searching internet but through talking face to face. It would be annoying for people that we entered to synagogue to see people praying, and at first I was a bit hesitated about doing so. But because I was guided by ones who are from the community, I could learn what exactly people were doing there, and I think it was really precious experience for me. Our guides were so sincere and at the same time friendly, which I was deeply impressed. I appreciate their efforts to introduce their way of life and philosophy to outsiders. Thank you so much. |

| The tour gave us much insight into the community. We were given an explanation on what makes this community unique, were able to watch morning prayers, a walk through the Chabad museum and headquarters, a trip to the Mikvah and a delicious lunch. Questions were patiently answered. |

| I chose the date of my tour so that I would be able to see a matzo factory but was told that it was closed on Fridays and I went on a Friday. Although I knew from the site I ordered from that the matzoh factory touring would be included from mid November through the winter, it was not stated that it would not be on Fridays. The brochure that I found at the tour site mentioned the matzo factory was included in December not mid November, a descrepancy.
For this reason alone I gave the tour a generous 4 stars where it would have been 5 stars. The rabbi said he would show me the matzo factory on a separate trip and I am now considering it.
I thoroughly enjoyed learning about what I saw. |

| very personal which we liked--would have liked to have seen additional parts/people of this community although, I couldn't name what I was missing. Perhaps, seeing a wider area/businesses/homes etc.or visit the Jewish Children's Museum. |
