We set out to see the sunset, it was very pretty. I expected to sail farther from shore...we jsut sort of drifted around within in the harbour. The pirate cannon fires were loud, but there was no other boat that was participating so it seemed kind of lame.
The staff were very friendly!!! |

Even though the weather was cool for Key West, we were made comfortable and had fun on a sunset sail. Everything was provided, corkscrew and plastic cups for wine, and blankets when it got cold. Manuvering to get the best vantage point for the sunset over the waves, the crew was experienced and well-coordinated, a friendly group and great laughs. |

We enjoyed our cruise very much. Things we liked:
1. not too crowded
2. sailboat eactually cut the engines and we sailed
3. being able to bring our own refreshments
4. friendly crew that made it fun |

We had a great time on the Jolly II Rover. The Captain & crew were terrific.
It's BYOB, making it less expensive & probably more family friendly than the others; althought, they had plenty of ice and cooler space for your bev. of choice & besides drinking is considered sport in Key West.
We'll begin and end our stay at Cayo Hueso with a sunset sail from now on, what a great way to enjoy the Keys! |

We enjoyed the trip. The crew were fantastic and did everything possible to make the excursion as pleasant as possible. Unfortunately by booking in advance you are dependant on the weather and on this patricular day it was cold & cloudy but blankets were provided. |

The Sunset Sail on the Jolly II Rover was so much more than anticipated. We saw the schooner in 2008 while in the Keys and decided then that we wanted to sail on the schooner. We made our reservations months in advance to be sure of our spot. The evening was totally breath taking, what memories are made of. The crew was just fantastic and made us feel totally at home and made for a wonderful sail. We would do this again in a heartbeat and look forward to our next sail. If we could give it more than five stars we would. |

Beautiful trip in Key West. Wonderful view of ocean, sky, dolphins, and the big final with the Sunset.
We were a group of five, we had a great time in this relaxing, quite trip. |
