| I was born and raised in New York and moved to the West Coast when I was 26. I thought I knew everything there was to know about this great City. How wrong I was. My husband, a native of India and my two cousins, native New Yorkers who now live in Queens and Long Island loved the tour as well.
Our tour guide Steve was funny, helpful and very informed about each of the areas that we toured. We chose to take the half day tour of mid-town and downtown Manhattan but next time we are back in the City we want to take the remainder of the tour which goes uptown. It was such a wonderful experience to re-discover the City of my younger years.
Thank you Steve for a very rewarding adventure.

| We thoroughly enjoyed our fantastic tour with our host Steven at the wheel. Stevens supurb knowledge of New York City and the surrounds along with his humorous presentation was most enjoyable. From time to time Steven's opinions of none tour related items and of items of current events and/or political happenings were both outright funny and interesting. A full day of informative sight seeing and enjoyable conversation. Well worth the price of admission!

| Good trip in that it covered large number of main sights of Manhattan. However we did not enjoy the trip due to the personality, manner and lack of interpersonal skills of guide/driver. He never introduced himself by name. Unnervingly he frequently had both hands off the wheel whilst the vehicle was moving forward, one hand on the microphone, one waving in the air and head turned to one side to address us.
He preached/talked at us rather than to us, in long monologues, in an unnecessarily loud voice. He had an overbearing manner and made derogatory remarks about us being boring and useless. He insisted on giving us protracted accounts of his opinions, biased rather than balanced, eg that we should be moving on from the events of ground Zero and after all only 2,000= were actually killed there. He made no effort to coordinate what was a very small group. The notice at the front of the bus "Gratuities Welcome" was inappropriate. We did not heed this as we did not feel he deserved any. |

| Whole family really enjoyed this tour - great fun and very topical and up to the minute information. All questions were welcomed and tour leader willing to take group phots etc when we stopped. In order to make this more popular get your name on side of bus! |

| My family and I enjoyed this tour very much and would recommend it to anyone who would like to know the history of New York city told by an enthusiastic guide named Steve. You'll learn a lot about the great city of New York and also find out some fun facts along the way. Steve is a very good storyteller and you can tell how proud he is of his beloved city. We're glad we went on this tour because it's worth it. We felt we now know the city much better than before we went on this tour. Thank you, Steve. By the way, Katz deli's pastrami is the best we've ever had! |

| We found & selected this tour by searching the enternet for personal tours of NYC. Their home page was informative and easy to understand. Our tour was on Aug 29th and with a small group, having Stephen Duer as our guide.
The tour was fantastic. Stephen provided enormous amounts of information about His city. He is proud of NYC and you can truly pick up on his home town experience.
The tour lasted approximately 6 hours having photo time, walking time and eating lunch at a true historic NYC deli, "Katz". I will recommend this tour to all of my friends as I believe it to be well worth the charge of approximately $100. per person. |
