| The tour provided my friend, a first time visitor to New York, an insight into all the main highlights of Manhattan Island in one day. I had already visited the city on two previous occassions, but getting the insider view from a local was great and I saw the sights from a different perspective. Steve, the guide, was friendly and enthusiastic. He created a good group atmosphere and was ready to answer all questions. By the end of the day we felt we had certainly seen the highlights of the city and could then choose the parts we wanted to go back and explore further. I would certainly recommend the tour and suggest that you do it on the first day so you can get you barings and decide what you want to see more of. Only downside was the lunch stop at Katz diner, which was billed as a highlight but was ridiculously busy and in our view, not overly clean. I guess it was an authentic New York experience, but not one I would choose to repeat. This aside, it was fun, friendly and good value. |

| We met Swedish relatives in NYC and wanted to learn as much as possible about the city early in our visit so we could decide where to spend our time. Stephen was very knowledgeable and entertaining. The bus was clean and comfortable, and the large windows made it a great way to take in the sights. His talk included more than mere descriptions of what we saw. He shared his historical insights and sensitive perspectives about the people who have made the City what it is today. Stephen's passion for NYC made this a great experience. I highly recommend it.

| Steve was absolutely the BEST. My family and I (including my 8 year old daughter) had a wonderful time on the day tour. We not only saw the sites, but learned a lot about their history (and while my daughter, Cadie missed a day of school she learned a lot about the history of N.Y. City). Steve's personal interaction with the guests on the bus encouraged us to form relationships with one another as well. He not only knew us by name, but where we were from as well. We took another tour while we were there and this one far exceeded the other tour (from a different company). Whenever we return (one day soon-when it's warmer), we will definately book another tour. It was worth the money and the time. Thanks again Steve and company! |

| It was a great first day in New York City. Our guide was very informative and fun. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who has not been to New York City. The only downside was the lunch. My daughter is a vegetarian and the deli did not offer anything for her. The other restaurants which were in the vacinity we terrible. We had the worst meal in NYC that day. |

| Steve is terrific: He doesn't bore you with a ceaseless flow of trivia but rather informs you and shows you a fantastic slice of NYC. It is really obvious that he is a committed NYer who gets a kick out of his product.
There are MANY guides in this city. I am one of them. There are a number of good guides in the city but a vastly greater number of awful ones. Steve is a VERY good guide.

| Friendly and very informative. This was our second trip to New York. I got to know New York in one day compared to two days from the last time. I felt like having my own chauffeur.
The only thing I recommend is Steve have a portable microphone so you don't need to lose your voice as much.
I made copies from the internet to share with my friends and their friends.
Keep up the good work. |

| After you have spent the day with Steve, you will know New York. If you want a real insider's view, take this trip. Go early in your stay because this tour will clarify what else you might like to do. Many stops, almost every area touched from Downtown to Harlem. Just be sure to laugh at Steve's jokes so his feelings won't be hurt. Steve loves New York and after 7 1/2 hours in a van with Steve, we loved it, too! |
