| This was the second time I have taken this tour. This time I was traveling with my daughter and daughter-in-law. Our tour guide, Steve, who is native to the area knew all there is to know about the city. There wasen't anything we asked about that Steve didn"t know the answer. We liked the fact that the tour is small groups and not some
big double-decker bus. I have recommended this tour to many people and would certainly do it again. |

| This tour was awesome because the guide knew his stuff on what he was talking about. He also kept it funny and he catered to everyone's age differences. I would take this tour again and I would reccommend it to my other family and friends. |

| As first time visitors to Manhattan with a limited number of days to spend there, we took this highly recommended tour. Our tour guide was energetic, humorous and was very thorough in explaining what to expect and a brief history of each experience. We saw and learned about more sights and fun Manhattan insider stuff in 6 1/2 hours than we could have in 3 days. |

| We enjoyed the tour. We did not have the greatest weather conditions so I think that had an impact on enjoying some of the outside touring. Would have preferred a larger bus in order to see more of the landscape.
This was the second time I did the tour and I think you have a great guide although some people do not appreciate the personal views of our guide. I think it adds to the experience so keep doing what you are doing.

| My husband and I chose this tour based on other reviews and because we prefer a smaller group - we were not disappointed. Steve provided us with a lot of information (as well as laughs) about Manhattan and we saw places we would not have seen otherwise. I would absolutely recommend this over a large group tour.

| The tour guide knew a lot about the city and took the passengers to all the main points of Manhattan with short stops to get some closer looks. It was some long stretches in the car though, and with all the traffic, there were some jerky stops, so if you get car sick, this is not the tour for you. My friend and I are in our early 30's and some of the commentary by the guide seemed geared more toward some of the older people on the tour, but since there were eight guests all together, there were times for individual questions. Overall though, it was a nice overall glimpse of Manhattan and gave us ideas of what areas we would like closer looks at. |

Entertainment or passive aggressive prejudice?

| Steve is charming, funny and knowledgeable. He had a way with words when it came to the African American couple on our tour, passive aggressive prejudice is the best way I can describe it. He went out of his way to make a reference to Black History month while nodding to the couple, finally she said to the others on the bus that Black History Month is not about her. The final straw for my husband and I was that he prided himself on remembering peoples names but referred to them as "where's OUR black couple" when their portion of the tour was over and they left. I know it wasn’t just me because after lunch Steve finally said something along this line to everyone "what's wrong, did I say something wrong, oh…no one will tell me but I'll hear about it in an email in 2 days". I had already planned to say something about it at the end of the trip, which when I tried to describe what offended me he started defending his comments before I could get a full sentence out. I realized that nothing I said to him, he would hear. When I got off the bus my three teenage children all commented that they were floored by his black/African American commentary and references. |
