| Our group thoroughly enjoyed this tour. The tour guide was funny, friendly and very attentive. It was as though he knew everyone personally. And to top it off his knowledge of NYC was exceptional.
I definately recommend this tour to anyone who would like a good overview of NYC.
Thank you very much Marvelous Manhattan Tours :)

| My wife Mona and I took our tour on May 18th, 2007. We were met on time by Steve our tour guide. The tour lasted nearly all day and we saw all of the most interesting highlights of NYC. Steve was well versed, interesting and very well informed. Steve actually made the tour as successful as we both considered it to be. We highly recommend this tour for anyone who is interested in a visually comprehensive, articulate and historical narrative of The Big Apple.

| The guide and driver were first rate but i was surprised that your choice of vehicle allowed a view only to the sides with the prime front view blocked by the design of the cabin; the bus was otherwise clean and comfortable. I would do another tour with your company if it was with the same guide. |

| When we started the tour I found Steve to be charming, witty and informed. He had witty comments and sort of teasing and bold.
At this point I was a little taken back I turned to see if my family was hearing the same thing, their astonished faces said it all.
They rest of the trip did not get better. He gave his political views, social commentary, and race relations hindered the trip. I found myself holding my tongue rather than enjoying the trip.
He was very informed however his views at time extraneous and inappropriate left me in a bad mood. At one let go and set him straight. The sentiment was felt on the bus as people made cracks at his "preaching".
I also noticed no one leaving a gratuity!
New York it a great place to visit and see! I love the city but not the tour.

| My husband and I took in this tour April 6, 2007. We really enjoyed ourselves! Steve took the time to learn everyone's name and made everyone feel welcome right from the get go. An extremely welcoming and very warm host.
Steve is full of all sorts of interesting tidbits and facts about New York City which really made each stopping or passing point that much more interesting. I really enjoyed how he encouraged everyone's participation on the tour with quiz type like questions.
Lunch at Katz's deli was a true New York experience. When we arrived the place was certainly crowded! We loved it! We ordered our food and raved about it throughout our lunch - it was truly delicious! They have this interesting ticket system that you MUST follow! Steve explains it fully before you go in so there's no confusion!
All in all the tour is fantastic - especially if you are on a short trip to NYC and want to see as much as possible. We only had two full days in NYC and we truly feel like we've see all of it! A great tour for all types of travellers - families, young and old alike!

| On the day we, my wife and I, had booked the tour for, there was noone else on this tour, but Stephen did the tour altough, what is not naturally.
This was the best tour we've ever had, we feeled like exploreing New York with a friend. It was informative, it was greate. Whenever we should be in New York again, we will do a tour with Stephen again. |

| It was a bitterly cold day and there were 10 of us on the Tour from different parts of USA and UK . Steve made it clear from outset he wished the day to be interactive and it really was . Steve was a cross between a teacher and a stand up comic and because of this the group gelled immediately . We wre able to learn things and see things we would never have seen on our own and being such an intimate small group everything was personalised .
I would not hesitate in recommending this tour to anyone ( individual, pairs or groups) it has set the Standards that I will judge all other Tours by .
p.s. Just make sure Steve doesn't lock the van keys inside the van . |

| There is no possible way that our tour could have been any better!!
I will recommend this tour to all of my friends that are coming to New York. It was interesting from start to finish & my family and I were raving about it. The tour guide was enthusiastic and knowledgeable and the accommodations in the vehicle are nice too.
I am so glad that we did the Marvelous Manhattan tour due primarily to the small group feel, our guide called everyone by name after about 5 minutes.

| From the moment we started, our personable tour guide gave us new and interesting information about all those things that make New York such a dynamic and exciting city. We learned anecdotal and factual information about the neighborhoods and landmarks that everyone recognizes; and we were given insight into the less-well-known aspects of New York that could only be uncovered by a real expert. Fttingly, we wound up our tour at Katz' deli, made famous in the movie "When Harry Met Sally." With a different twist, we would quote Meg Ryan with a "Yes, yes, yes" when it comes to recomending this tour. |

| What makes this tour excellent are two things:
1. Steve - the tour guide really knows and loves the city and provides great history
2. Small group size - the small bus and thus the small group really makes the tour more intimate. Steve calls everybody by name and we all had a great time.
I would definately recommend this tour and would not hesitate to take my children on it next time we are in the city. |
