We really enjoyed our all day tour of New York City. Steve really knows the city and it seemed like we were on a private tour with the special consideration provided to us when needed. I highly recommend this tour to any and all.

I highly recommend this NYC Tour. It was our second time and we still enjoyed it. It's an easy way to see many spread-out sights during a short period of time.

| We were hoping that this tour would form a solid foundation for our learning about New York and its people; and that is exactly what we got. We were a little concerned that a day of listening to our guide could become a bit wearing at some stage, but we needn't have been concerned because Stephen is a master communicator who could teach a few useful tricks to teachers in schools who complain that their students do not learn; Stephen obviously knows that it's no good giving information unless it is enjoyable, varied in its content and delivery, and pitched in ways that suit the different personalities that make up his audience.
Having said the above, if the information had no added value over and above what is generally known, then the whole experience would have been merely enjoyable but not exceptional. However Stephen seems to have a rare insight into quite a few subtle nuances which we feel gave us an exceptional insight about this extraordinary city.
Probably, for us, the most impressive thing about Stephen is that he appears to really care that his audience learns about the real New York.
We had alot of fun, alot of learning, and are still amazed at the fact that he could hold our attention throughout the whole day.
He made an extra effort to ensure that his customers were comfortable with the content of the tour.

Steven is a showman with a lot of information. The time spent with him was energetic and enlightening. He added great insight into stone buildings and neighborhoods, not just regurgitaing facts. He made you feel the heart of the city.

We thoughly enjoyed out tour. We were looking to see as much of NY as we could thats why we picked this trip. I would like to have had more time at a few places. I didn't enjoy the Katzs deli. I didn't like the no refund policy. We had one person who couldn't make it at the last minute.

Steve, the King, did a tremendous job. He loves Manhattan and shares his feelings openly. He's full of energy, personable, and makes sure he knows the name of each of his guests. We enjoyed the lunch at Katz deli, his feelings about 911, and all the great sites. Our group was Mom and Dad and our 30 year old daughter (actress/guide who is often hard to please when it comes to tours & entertainment). She thought everything on the tour was great and enjoyed Steve's candid approach.

We thoroughly enjoyed the Royal Bus Tour of NYC. When we first arrived in Manhattan my initial thought was why would anyone want to live here? I was also a little afraid. After the tour I felt totally comfortable and ready to explore the city at my own pace. Steven Duer is exceptionally knowledgable about NYC and has a wonderul sense of humor. He made learning about the city entertaining and fun. He was also very patient with my elderly parents who were much slower than everyone else on the tour. (Thank you Steven.) This tour is a little more expensive than some but well worth it. I would recommend this tour to anyone who really wants to learn about the city and not just visit tourist hot spots.

The tour was well done, kept very much on schedule without being rushed and pushed. We were given a lot of history and interesting information about New York City that we would not have found any other way.
