| While not new to NY, we did learn a lot during our 4.5 hour trip through midtown and downtown Manhattan. Our guide Stephen communicated his love for the city and did so in a humourous and informative way. Being a small group (12 people) in a minibus helped create a congenial atmosphere and allowed for interactivity; at one stage, we even got into a heated argument over the respective merits of Obama and Bush. We only had time for the morning trip, but next time we will definitely do the whole day tour. |

| I don't normally do tours, I read up on the subject and do it myself. But now I'm an old boy with less time than I want, I thought I'd get as many boxes ticked as quickly as possible. Steve ticked them for me, and many more besides! Knowledgeable, informative, witty, a cool driver, well organised and a good listener, which these guys often aren't. We bounced stuff to and fro, and I hope I wasn't a royal pain in the ass, but it seemed to work okay. As he said, I was an extrovert and couldn't stop myself, so let it roll. Steve is definitely on my recommend list. Great tour! |

Couple on a Date |
| If you do nothing else in New York, book a date with this Company.
The Guide is a guy called Steve, who is not only your guide for the day, but he is also a great companion who knows his stuff. We enjoyed every minute with Steve, a true embassador of Manhatten. His wit and enthusiasm is endless, and I am sure he enjoys HIS work as much as we enjoyed his tour. Basically Steve has so much energy for his days out with his customers. A real New Yorker who gives you the benefit of his knowledge of the City. He has the answer for every question you can throw at him, and the Guy really knows New York.
Thanks Steve for a fabulous day out, we didn't want it to end.

| Steve was great, fun and knowledgeable. We got a great snapshot of Manhattan. Learned to speak the New Yorker lingo. We stopped at key places: Ground Zero, St. Pauls, Sardi's, Time Square, Theatre district, Flatiron area, Chinatown, Katz Deli, took pictures of Statue of Liberty and Central Park. Drove through many areas and key spots were pointed out, such as Washington Square, the Dakota, and we went to Harlem as well. It was a very small group so felt like we were on a semi-private tour. Great way to get orientated to a fascinating city. We particularly loved it as we were in Manhattan for only 2.5 days and would not have gotten to all these sights. |

| I booked this to save my parents - who are senior citizens - the hassle of the hop on, hop off buses. It was the best thing about our visit. Despite visiting New York before on a number of occasions, I learned so much and my parents, first-timers in the city, were absolutely thrilled. The whole trip was a lot of fun with a great atmosphere and plenty of chances to ask questions. Steve has all the answers too; he's a knowledgeable and entertaiining tour guide who clearly loves what he does. The best value for money of the whole trip. Book this tour for your first day and you won't regret it. Looking forward to the upcoming tours of the other boroughs (or burrows, as they say!) for my next visit. |

| What a way to start a short break in New York. Steve was an absolute gem !! very knowledgeable and humorous, kept us interested and amused all day. It was our 40th anniversary and Steve and our fellow travellers made it a day for us to remember. I cannot rate this too highly. Thanks Steve for a tremendous day out.

| This was a tour recommended by friends. It was an enjoyable experience but expensive. Worth considering alternative tours that appear similar for far less money (about $60). Perhaps we were unlucky as there were only 8 of us on the day and two of them were not booked on the full day trip and consequently left at midday. Avoid Mondays as first stop of the day is closed.
On a positive note the Guide/Driver was a nice guy and immensely knowledgable - an encyclopaedia of information.
Glad we did the trip as it was our first visit to NY.
New York is just amazing! |

| Marvellous Manhattan tours gives you exactly what it says and Stephen is a truly great guide. He is passionate about New York and not only shows you all the main sights but gives you information and takes you to places that really makes you understand this great City and how is continually changing. I had been on another tour on my first time to NYC but this was the first time for my son. I saw and learnt more things on this tour and we both thought it was fascinating and a great day. Well done Stephen and long may you continue to show the true New York to countless other tourists.
ps. the pastrami at Katz's was fantastic |

Group of Friends |
| The tour provided my friend, a first time visitor to New York, an insight into all the main highlights of Manhattan Island in one day. I had already visited the city on two previous occassions, but getting the insider view from a local was great and I saw the sights from a different perspective. Steve, the guide, was friendly and enthusiastic. He created a good group atmosphere and was ready to answer all questions. By the end of the day we felt we had certainly seen the highlights of the city and could then choose the parts we wanted to go back and explore further. I would certainly recommend the tour and suggest that you do it on the first day so you can get you barings and decide what you want to see more of. Only downside was the lunch stop at Katz diner, which was billed as a highlight but was ridiculously busy and in our view, not overly clean. I guess it was an authentic New York experience, but not one I would choose to repeat. This aside, it was fun, friendly and good value. |
