| Our first time to New York. Decided on Time Square location for base as we had a little over 24 hrs. The tour started promptly at 9:00 a.m. with Steve. We covered so much territory between 9:00 and 3:30, it was unbelievable. Steve is full of knowledge, and very ambitious, not a slacker by any means. He is so passionate about New York and making the best experience for the customer. This was unbelievable. Beautiful day and great time!! I will use this service again, just hope we get Steve. | ||||||

| This tour was very very good. The timetable was well planned and the vehicle was comfortable. We saw and learned a lot and our guide Steve was not only wonderfully attentive and kind person but also very professional. He was easy to listen to and set the holiday mood to the group. He also gave us a very wide and deep view of New York now and before as well as many good tips and advice for further exploring the great city. Stops were well planned and as we got to explore them on our own even if shortly one got a better feel of the atmosphere in different places. Even a critical teenager thoroughly enjoyed the tour and I would certainly recommend it. | ||||||

| In all the years of travel, this is by far the best tour we have been on. By limiting the number of people and using a small bus, the tour is very personalized. Steve quickly got to know the name of every person on the bus. His knowledge of NYC is truly excellent and there no questions which could stump him. We took the all-day tour which I would highly recommend. It covers all parts of Manhattan and Harlem. Very, very interesting and entertaining. Overall, highly recommended. | ||||||

| I highly recommend this tour. Our guide Steven shared so many interesting details about the city. He was also an excellent driver. You are on a small van with around 12-15 other people so it isn't impersonal like the double decker bus tours. Steven knew all of our names and where we were from. We were only able to do the half day tour due to time constraints but will definitely do the full day tour on our next visit to NYC. | ||||||

| This tour is an excellent way to see the entire city in one day. It was a great option for us as it was our first visit to the city and we only had one day to sight see. We were able to view all the traditional sites from the comfort of a shuttle. Although there were numerous opportunities to get off the shuttle and explore for a short period. The tour only allows 12-14 people which ensures that it will be personalized. The tour guide, Steve, is very entertaining and funny. But, what amazed me most was his vast knowledge of the city and all of the boroughs. I learned so much about NYC and now know what areas I want to return to in future visits. My brother in law was on the tour with us and he has been to NYC on many occassions for business. He really enjoyed this tour and said he would definitely recommend this to others. It is a great option if you have people in your group that have trouble getting around - this tour allows them to see the whole city in a day with little stress and lots of entertainment. I would highly recommend this tour to all!!! | ||||||

| We took this tour on the first day of our visit to New York and I recommend doing that to get a good feel for the area. The tour is well organised and the service is on a personal level, as there are not many passengers at each time (I think the maximum is 12, but I'm not sure) | ||||||

| This was our first time in New York and the Royal Tour was ideal we saw all the main attractions with 15 mins to look around on each event plus take photos there is so much to see in New York you can not do it all on your first trip so this tour was amazing Stephen had a wealth of knowledge so helpful with a very happy personality and the people we met on the tour bus were so nice, we also stopped for 45 mins for lunch at Katz restaurant which was really great don't order to much food the portions were so big. I can thoroughly recommend this tour to anyone young or old you will have a fabulous time. Thank you so much Carol & Tony | ||||||

| Great fun from the start. Steve was an enthusiastic very informative t entertaining tour leader. We learned lots about New York t laughed all day. It would be advisable to take this tour early in your vacation as we went back to visit many places in more detail. The tour is very good value plenty of stops. The bus only has approx 14 seats so tour is very friendly t be prepared for much banter t jokes Steve is one wacky guy we loved him! | ||||||

| I come to NYC twice a year. I have taken the Grayline tour and enjoyed it the first time. I have taken many guest with me to NYC and ofcourse had to tour with them. I decided I needed a change and looked on the internet for a different tour operation. I found you. I enjoyed the stops and visits to many sites and I may add the best view of Ground Zero. Katz was a delightful change. Our Guide, Stephen was the best I have ever had. He was knowledgable and wasn't making up "stuff" as he went along, as many do. I have found over the years, I don't need hop on and off. and always choose where I want to return to, without taking a bus. Thanks Eve Wolfe | ||||||
