The tour leader was easy to find at the John Carver Inn, the tour had a nice pace and we enjoyed having the old school lanterns. It was my wife and I, and our 4 month old baby who slept through the whole thing. The stories were very interesting, nothing really that spooky happened on our tour which I was a little bummed about, that's not the guides fault though, she did a great job. Our 11 and 7 year old kids stay out of state most of the year, but we plan on taking them on this tour next summer. |

We were 3 generations who all enjoyed the Ghosts and Legends Tour. Our guide was very pleasant and well informed. A word of caution to those having difficulty walking....there are lots of steps to get up to the cemetery! |

My 11-year old son is a huge fan of ghost tours, so this one of the first things I booked for our trip to Plymouth. I can say nothing but good things about our experience.
The night we were supposed to go on the tour, it was pouring rain - to the point that the streets were flooding in lower areas. A rep from the company called me before the tour and basically said it was up to me if we wanted to try to brave the weather, or wait till another night. When I told her we would wait, she said we could just show up any other night with our tickets, no problem.
When we came for the tour, each person was given a colonial reproduction lantern to carry with us. That really gave a great atmosphere (and some light) to the journey. We went to the Court House, Burial Hill cemetery, down the main street, and then off by the Spooner House. Along the way our guide, Barbara, told us some great stories that kept everyone in the group entertained, and maybe a little spooked. In other words, she did her job very well! Along with the stories, she added some history which I thought was terrific. She obviously was very familiar with the town, and had a passion for sharing her interest in its past and the paranormal.
The tour was about an hour and half, and well worth the money. I'm not usually into tours, but this was something that both my son and I really enjoyed. |

We love ghost tours and have gone on several accross the country, some great and some not so good. This was an excellent tour through a graveyard and town and good stories. Our guide was a former teacher who had really studied the legends and was very interesting. Not too scary for young kids and very enjoyable for all. It definitely got everyone looking over their shoulder. |

My family (wife and two children) attended at the beginning of summer vacation as my son is a big "ghost" fan. It was a lot of fun - we saw a pieces of Plymouth we didn't know existed - and our guide was quite enthusiastic and committed to her role. |

This was the front end of a 5 day trip to Boston and surrounding area. We had the best tour guide (Barbara). Not only did she bring history alive for my 13 year old son, she sufficiently "spooked" us with her stories. My son and I talked about them our whole trip, and on the way home on our plane both agreed that this was on the top of our list! Thank you! |

We loved our tour. We happen to have gone the Friday before Halloween but our older daughters had gone in the summer and said there were less people and it more fun. We all really enjoyed it and our tour guide was terrific. I liked the combination of ghost stories along with the history of Plymouth. I highly suggest it. |

We enjoyed the Lantern tour. It was fun carrying the lanterns and
listening to the stories that Barbara shared with us. We had a
group of 6 ranging in ages 2 - 40. |
