| I loved the tour and so did my family. We arrived on Thaksgiving day to attend the Wampanoag Day of Morning and booked this tour to follow up at night time. The weather was not favorable and it poured all night, but the tour guide gave us the option of returning the next morning which was sunny and warmer. And though we missed out on carrying a lantern, we found the day tour to be even better. Pat, our tour guide, was very fun and detailed with every area she described. Not only did she enlighten us with the common history but made sure that we understood facts that came from the tribal point of view as well as the colonist point of view. She explained to us in details about the Pilgrim's survival and what changed in the natural panorama of the area, from the natural springs that have been there for a few hundred years to the recent (1920) refilling of the swampy area where the national park exist. We got to walk thru areas that if we didn't have this tour we wouldn't have bothered to explore or what significance it had to the history of Plymouth, but also how it varies and impacts the modern population there. The tour began on time and ended on time and we had the ability to ask a million and one questions and get them all answered in a very fun and detailed manner. I wish there were more tours like these in every state, especially in NYC where I'm from. Walking tours give every visitor a perspective that driving through or staying at a fancy resort or hotel would never do for a tourist. I totally recommend it and I plan to go back in the late Spring to early summer when I can do another really nice walking tour, mainly the Ghost Tour by the same company, since the interest was sparked by the tour guide and the information Pat gave us on the history of the Wampanoag's resistance. Besides my interaction with the native people of Plymouth, this tour made it even the more worth it to visit, enjoy and go home and study more about this very important city in our country. It's a must do when visiting!!! | ||||||

It was fantastic and informative and entertaining as well. I highly recommend it, and I will be going on the Ghost Tour soon. | ||||||

| My mom, sister, and I decided to do this tour the night before we'd see the dayhtime tourist stuff that Plymouth has to offer. It was a wonderful tour that took us through the downtown area of historic Plymouth. Since the tour is in the evening, we did not have to worry about other tourists than those in our group. It also helped us navigate Plymouth in the daytime since we had already been there once. I would definately recommend this tour to anyone who is interested in the history of Plymouth, at least more than the plaques provide. We did not even notice the time slip by. | ||||||

| The Ghost Lantern Tour / Plymouth was cancelled due to bad weather (high winds and rain). I had purchased $62 worth of tickets and was only allowed to re-schedule for the upcoming weekend. I understand the policy (no refunds), but it doesn't make much sense -- especially with those that have travelled a distance and to expect them to re-schedule to a time that doesn't fit their travel plans. | ||||||

| My husband, daughter and myself went on the Ghost tour while in Plymouth, MA on vacation. We enjoyed the tour greatly. It was the first time for that kind of trip for my husband and daughter and they were very suprised at how much fun they had. I had taken one in Ghettysburg and found this experience to be just as informative and enjoyable. The guide was a wealth of information and very pleasant. H e made the evening a huge success. | ||||||

| My sister and I recently visited Plymouth and found the Lantern tour to be a wonderful addition to our visits to the Mayflower II and the Plymouth Plantation. This lantern tour gave us a greater understanding of the history of Plymouth, the pilgrims landing and the native American people who already occupied this area. By hearing the stories and the history of the people and the area you can really begin to understand the dynamics between the two groups and the conflicts and difficulties that occured. WE highly recommend this wonderfu 90 minute evening walk. The guides are very knowledgeable and personable. | ||||||

| The tour guide was very dramatic and knowledgable, good combo for this type of tour. Good mix of history and ghosts, no bloody, gorey stories. However, my in-laws were with us. And while they are both in great shape for their mid-seventies they had to bow out of the long flight of stairs up to the graveyard. The rest of us were quite winded when we reached the top, I'm glad my in-laws had the sense to stay at the bottom. The decription should include a mention of the stairs. I should tell you that the trek to the top was well worth the effort! | ||||||

| My wife, daughter (8) and myself all loved teh tour very much. The lanterns were great. Orderering on line was easy and hassle free and so was givng the paper tickets to the tour folks. We had a blast. Go early and enjoy Plymouth rock area and the y have great local ice cream shops all within a 3 minute walk. "A+ and a thumbs up" is what my 8 year old said. | ||||||

| We thoroughly enjoyed our Ghosts and Legends tour on Wednesday, November 22. It was the perfect start to our holiday in historic Plymouth. We all especially enjoyed the trip to the cemetary. Wish we had the opportunity to enter into some of the public buildings, such as the churches, but nonetheless a great introduction to town. We look forward to taking the other tour offered (history) the next time we visit. | ||||||
