After the tour, you will be able to explore Milwaukee with confidence and take advantage of our many unique entertainment and cultural offerings. We recommend taking our food tour at the beginning of your stay in Milwaukee so you can return to these neighborhoods and enjoy them at your leisure.

Experience life and ethnic heritage in Milwaukee: join us as we offer a unique glimpse into Milwaukee’s past and share insights into local entertainment and restaurants. As we stroll through downtown Milwaukee, we'll prove to you why Milwaukee is truly a “great place on a great lake.”
How does this tour on Brady Street differ from the other tour that we offer?
- This tour is approximately 1.5 miles, takes 2.5 hours, and is point-to-point. Although there is a different starting/ending point, we do provide detailed directions to walk back to the starting point. Or, you can take a cab back for approximately $7, or a bus back for $2 per person.
- For those with allergies, you will be pleased to know that this tour is both nut and fish free. We do have vegetarian options upon advance request.
- This tour offers all Italian and German food tastings.
Your journey will include many delicious tastings such as at:

- An Italian pizzeria
- A fudge maker and confectionery

On this intimate tour of downtown Milwaukee, you'll see the proud German and Italian heritage of our town. We'll show you many little-known treasures, and we'll even stroll down the fictional street of Laverne & Shirley.
All tastings are included in the price. Enough food is served that for most participants, lunch afterwards is not needed.
What Is Not Included?
Wine and beer are included but other beverages are not. Please bring extra cash with you if you'd like to purchase beverages during the tour! Gratuities for your tour guide, although not required, are always appreciated.
