Brady Street Food Tour

I enjoyed the group and the leader. Was a bit dissapointed by some of the food stops especially the Italian market, which is nothing special from my experience. I also probably would have rated it higher if it was a little less expensive. For Pizza (which was delish), a very small taco (excellent), mini cannoli, 2 pieces of italian processed meat, a nothing special shepherd's pie and a beer (which we skipped), $90 was a bit steep.

Strongly recommend the tour... we intend to participate in others offered by this group. Very good history, interesting information, & good food. The tour group was perfectly sized, our guide allowed our group to set the pace, and we had a blast. Would've preferred more restaurant stops instead of bakeries & grocery stores... but it was great.

Having only lived in Milwaukee for a short time, it was really fun to hear about the history of the Brady Street area but the food tastings were definitely the highlight of the day.

Josh, our tour guide was personable and courteous. He was knowledgeable about the history and food of the area. All locations greeted us warmly and treated us to some of their specialties. We definitely didn't need lunch or dinner anytime soon there after. They gave us plenty to eat and all stops were great. My Bride and I would recommend without hesitation this tour. We plan on taking some of the other tours that are offered fairly soon. Looking forward to our next adventure.

It was a wonderful and great experience. We live in Racine and have told our friends and family about it. Highly recommend doing this or another. Our guide was good too. He knew so much about the area. Price was good too.

Our tour guide was excellent. He was well informed, articulate, easy-going, and fun. Loved the food and the architectural details provided. Will definately do it again.

I enjoyed the tour very much, for three reasons. The tour guides were very fun and animated. I felt like they were friends, in a very short time. My husband has a hard time walking, because of his diabetes and they were very concerned and asked several times if he was doing "OK". This was very thoughtful. My grand parents all came from Europe, so the area we toured was like going back to my childhood and all of the little ethnic grocery stores and foods that we had in our small town. The food was lovely! I enjoyed the history of the buildings also. Great. It was just a perfect afternoon.

My husband and I had a great time on this tour! We were the only couple attending so it was very personalized and the pace was just right! The food was great and varied - just enough (and then some!) from each place. Thank you for the tour!

The tour was really fun and interesting as well. Great local food and some history about the area as well. Loved it and am looking forward to another one some day in the near future.
