Brady Street Food Tour

It was great to learn about parts of Milwaukee you would never really have the opportunity to learn about. I have been to Brady Street and Old World third street but to here the history and stop at a bunch of shops and restaurants to learn more and sample food and beverages was great. It is some walking but it is good to walk off some of the food and drink to prepare you for the next place. I highly recommend it.

This was a really fun activity. I would recommend it to others. However, one of the stops was to a non-local chain restaurant, which did not fit well with the tour. It also would have been helpful to have more food options (given that it was a food tour), as well as more local trivia about the area. Overall, it was a good experience, and a nice way to learn more about the city.

I loved the idea of a walking tour. My co-workers and I are always talking about trying to get more exercise. We like to do things outside of work and I thought it was a great idea to do something together and get a little exercise in without feeling like you are exercising. Great stops and interesting information and history. It helped that it was a beautiful day also.

We recently moved to the area and it was a great way to get introduced to the east side of Milwaukee. My brother has lived in the neighborhood for ten years and didn't know a lot of the information that was provided on the tour!

My sister and I have participated in walking food tours in other cities. We were excited to share the experience with our parents last weekend in Milwaukee. We were not disappointed! The food was excellent. The portions and selections were well planned. We did not leave hungry. Our tour guide, Teri (spelling?) was friendly and knowledgeable. It was a great way to spent the day outdoors exploring Milwaukee.

It was a rainy, rainy day, but this did not dampen our experience. We really had a great time visiting so many different places in a short amount of time. Our tour guide was very enjoyable to be with and provided a lot of good information we would not otherwise know. I was surprised how much we came away with through the experience. We have lived in the area our whole lives and we are not strangers to the area of the tour. Yet, we learned so much. We will definitely be visiting these places in the future. We will also be going on the tour again. It would be nice to see the tour expand to other areas and restaurants, as well.

This was a great experience. We got to sample local food and hear interesting facts about the area. The tour guide was friendly and knowledgable. The food was all very good. I would recommend this tour to anyone traveling to the area, and if I'm in town again, I will definitely go again!

We so enjoyed our Food Tour of Milwaukee. We hope this can be expanded to other walking tours like this in the future for Milwaukee.

We had a great time, this is a great activity for a sunny day. It really is a lot of walking, so be prepared with good shoes! Some of the stops are skimpy on the food, only a single bite of something and that could be improved. Also, not as many drinks as advertised. Overall, though a lot of fun and a good way to see Milwaukee.

Although the tour was interesting, the food tasting portion did not met outr expectations. The portions were little, food far in between and beer in a shot glass was not what we expected on a $74 food tour. Thanks, Eric and Cris
