Hi.... had a group of family visiting from New York for my daughter's high school graduation...all have been here before and I was looking for something different to do with everyone. Saw ad in paper for Milwaukee food tours...thought I would give it a try...the Brady Street tour was very informative, casual and it filled a nice chunk of the day with everyone enjoying themselves....it is definitely an adult tour..i think children woudl be very bored.... the food was very good and offfered lots of choices.... really an enjoyable day had by all.. I would definitely try another tour at a later date... |

The tour was awesome ... .lots of fun, great group of people! I surprised my husband for his 50th birthday and we both really enjoyed it. Jean was conducting her first brunch tour and she was fabulous. I highly recommend it! |

This was our Mother's Day celebration. My mom and I both had a fantastic time on the tour. It really met our expectations. I like the variety - different styles- in both the churches and the chocolate places. The stories on the bus between stops are good entertainment along the route, and our guide was bubbly and knowledgeable. I want to extend a note of gratitude to all who helped my mom with managing the steps, loading her walker, holding doors and pointing out available ramps. The bus driver we had was outstanding, and did a great job of trying to park in a shady spot to keep the bus cool, be ready when the tours were ready to move on, pointed out certain facts, was friendly, and parked close to the curb so the step off was easier.
Personally I enjoyed the St Joan of Arc Chapel the most, because of its age and history. It is simply astounding how old it is, and the more plain style of that age was a wonderful reminder that you don't need bling to be special. That being said, I also loved the other two. I like that the church had a representative who did the talking. You could just tell they were excited to share their love of their church. Traditional architecture (arches, rose windows, choir lofts, organs, intricate capitals, detailed pulpits, stained glass, etc) get me, so any church that has some of those would be a good draw. Newer churches with smaller budgets for details don't necessarily have many of these things, so it makes it more special. Touring the factory portion of the chocolate shop was a great add. And splitting our group in half gave time to browse the chocolates and make a purchase. Keep doing this tour; it was fun and delicious. We will have to come back to see what new places you have added. |

My husband was very apprehensive about doing the food tour. He felt it would be lame and boring; walking around to a couple of local restaurants and sampling food. He actually enjoyed it and can't wait to do another one. Jim, our tour guide, was wonderful and very personable. He really knew his facts about Milwaukee. He pointed out many interesting sights along the route. |

We visited 4 pizza places in the Milwaukee area that I don't think I would have found on my own. It was great to try a variety of styles and toppings to decide which each person liked best. Hard to tell which I preferred they all have something unique and tasty about them. While quite full after the 4 stops we moved to having gelato- there is always room for that. Wow- flavorful! It was a great night that helped us discover places we would have never stopped at on our own. The tour guide was super friendly and extremely knowledgeable about Milwaukee and it's history. I definitely recommend the pizza tour! |

Great way to spend an evening, catch up with old friends, meet new ones and get the low down on restaurants in the area. Nice twist on the 'going out to eat' experience. |

This was a fun way to meet new people, learn about Milwaukee (the gathering by the waters) and try Third Ward restaurants. Our tour guide Michelle was a delight. Will definitely be trying additional tours offered by this company! |

Even if you think you know everything there is to know about the place where you grew up, think again. That was one of the biggest surprises for me on the Third Ward tour. Not only did I get to experience resturants that I didn't even know exisisted, I was given some very interesting facts about Milwaukee that I had never heard before.
The food was delicious! The tour guide was engaging, interesting, and very knowledgable about Milwaukee.
I would definately take this tour again and want to try some of the other tours offered now. |

Each establishment we visited had a different style of Pizza. I really liked the classic slice place but it was loaded with college students from the St. Patty's Day parade which made it idifficult to hear anything the tour guide had to say. Along each stretch of the ride on the bus, we had tidbits of history about Milwaukee and pizza presented to us. I would recommend the tour. |

The only thing my group commented on was the lack of variety. Loved Dick's pizza but it was great when Pizza Picola offered two great choice's. the first two restaurants only offered one but it would be nice if you don't like the pizza you get and have an alternative. Plus I think it would get the owners more return business. If you only have one sample and don't like it, you will proably not return.
Thank you |

The history given by our tour guide was very interesting. The tour was fun and interactive. Overall we had a great time with our friends. However, I would say that there needs to be more pizza given automatically for the men. There should have been more pizzas to share. The Gelato was yummy. |

I took my son who is 14 and loves to cook on this tour. We had a great time. He loved the samples of course, and learning about the many different products and traditions of the various bakeries. We hope to try some of the other tours offered as well! |

We found this to be tremendously fun and of course delicious. I'm a native to the area, and thought I knew a lot, but Theresa gave us facts I was unaware of as we moved from shop to shop. The bakeries are treasures and provided us with a taste of our city. We plan on returning to these places. Of course we also plan on returning to take the B tour next year. |

Great way to see different areas of Milwaukee and taste alot of different sweets. Enjoyed all 9 stops on the tour which was on a school bus. Appreciated the free street parking. Loved the ham sandwich in the middle of the tour. Appreciated something salty instead of sweet. Would have liked some type of drink earlier in the tour as I am not a coffee drinker and nothing else was offered. Maybe hot apple cider, or just water. Filled the bus time with a little history and holiday trivia with prizes. Great getaway for the girls. Tour was well-planned. Even received a flower at one stop. Bring a bag for all the freebies and your purchases. Really enjoyed this! |
