We had a GREAT time. Terry, was our guide and she was informative and did not rush us at any stop. There was only our group of 4. It was fun to hear about the area and how they rebuilt the area. The places were cute to hear about and it gave us some interesting places to go to the next time we are in Milwaukee. |

The walking pace was just right, with Theresa sharing historical tidbits along the way. I went back to Glorioso's Market the next day to buy bread, marinated mozzarella, olives and prosciutto for a cocktail party. Super tasty. An interesting tour, with multiple stops for various tastings, for a very fair price. Highly recommended. |

Everything and everywhere was good EXCEPT Maders. As I told my friends they served us "irish eggrolls"!!!! Greasy too. If they just cut up a schnitzel, with a spoonfull of red cabbage and a spaetzle it would have been great. I can't believe it would cost very much, or be too labor intensive. Serving a rueben in an eggroll was verboten!!! |

We enjoyed the tour and the additional history that out guide supplied. The food was excellent, but four out of five people in our group said that there should have been more. We got such little servings at some places that it was almost like nothing, but considering it was only $35 I thought the tour was worth it. If you have any walking or stamina problem this tour is not for you. |

A lovely way to explore and eat our way through Milwaukee--even though our group is local, we learned much from our knowledgeable tour guide, Theresa. It would be a wonderful way to show off our city to out-of-town guests. |

It was a very interesting tour and the food stops were interesting and tasty. We really liked our tour guide who owns the business. She is energetic and clearly enjoys what she's doing. |

My friends and I had a great time discovering many places that are right in the city where I grew up, but never had a chance to visit. We tasted many foods from a variety of eight stores or restaurants. My favorite stop was at the German restaurant, Maders for their reuban sandwich, beer, and pretzel rolls. My least favorite was the pizza from Zaffiro's. There was a good balance of food, sweets, and alcohol to make it interesting. The guide was pleasant and very informative and kept us on track for the 2 1/2 hour tour. One drawback was there was little or no time for shopping, but our group backtracked and visited the places we wanted to spend more time in. I recommend this tour for in towners and out of towners. |

Nice tourguide, great hints on good places to eat, interesting infos about the history.
Would be great if the owners of the stores tell their stories such that you can ask them questions. |

I have lived in Milwaukee for 4 years and had a friend in town for the weekend and wanted to show her around. We love food and culture, so it was terrific finding out about hidden gems in Milwaukee, and also visiting some local favorites like the Cheese Mart, Usingers, and Maders. We had a fantastic time! The guide was very nice and full of interesting architectural and historical facts and it was well worth the money. I'll be taking my inlaws back in a few weeks! :) |

Pleasant walking tour that highlights the history, architecture and food of the German and Italian area of the city. Excellent guide. The tour gives you a taste of foods and provides ideas of places where you may want a full meal later. |

We were a group of teachers visiting the city of Milwaukee during one of our teaching conventions. This tour gave us a fun opportunity to stretch our legs, learn some history of the city and visit some great places to eat. We highly recommend this activity especially at the beginning of your trip because it will give you an opportunity to see what the city has to offer. The tour guide was very knowledgable too! |

This tour exceeded our expectations! Maria did a wonderful job of coordinating our orders for the next stop. If you do not like Bloody Mary's do not let that stop you from taking this tour. We are already talking about planning our next tour. Maybe pizza this time! Top notch job Milwaukee Food Tours! |
