| My husband and I LOVED this tour! We didn't want it to end. Starting from the beginning... the directions were very good and parking was a breeze. My husband is a lover of architecture and he really enjoyed hearing about the different buildings throughout the tour.
We are total FOODIES and there was much flavor to be had.
The first stop introduced us to a new favorite - the tortas! We wished for the Indian cuisine in between the mexican and our next stop, which was yummy falafel! Next it was Asian Fusion, which had dim-sum as well as mouth watering meats. Our sweet tooth was up for a treat with a delicious Opera cake at the next place.
Our palates were tested at "Beyond the Olive". We enjoy oil and vinegar on our salads and this place really set the bar for us. After the tour, we went back to make a purchase - yum!
We hope the next tour includes some beer at Lucky Baldwin's with reportedly over 60 beers on tap. Despite this, our thirst was quenched at the Bird Pick. We never realized how wonderfully different teas can smell and taste - great for the mouth and the nose.
Speaking of nose... The Soap Kitchen was great. After the tour, we went back and picked up several gifts for friends and family.
Our tour ended on a sweet tooth, at a three-generations, family owned Chocolate Boutique.... we are still savoring the morsels at home.
There were several other places, where we sampled the food and/or the treats, each with a family history.
OVERALL - FANTASTIC AND WORTH THE PRICE. |

| The tour did not meet my expectation. I came with my girlfriend to surprise her, and she and i did not enjoy it. We were expecting better food, but the food was not worth the $49.00 i paid for. All the food they gave us were less than $10.00. If i remember correctly, we went to 6 different tastings, and even skipped the soap sensory. You can call me a food critic, because i travel everywhere to find good food. I use the website Yelp, and there are only a couple of places on the tour that is worth returning to. The Bird Nest was a tea joint, and the tea was very delicious. Another place that is worth mentioning is the ice cream Gelato they took us to, that was very good also. |

| Lisa's knowledge of the area and tidbits of information on the history of Pasadena, combined with the yummy food tasting added an exceptional depth and wonder to this delightful experience. What a wonderful way to spend the day with friends and family, exploring Old Pasadena. |

| The food was yummy, the guide was fun and very knowledgable, the selection of vendors was well thought out - a perfect day. I took a friend as a Birthday treat and it was a hit!!! The entire group on the tour was enjoyable - all ages and types of people. I can't wait to try the Farmer's Market Tour! |

| Our tour guide, Trish, was informative and energetic. She interacted personally with us and kept the pace of our tour. The tastes were delicious and establishment owners were enthusiastic with one exception. I will schedule the Farmer's Market tour in the near future. |

| Thoroughly enjoyed this tour. It was the 4th tour of this type I have taken, the others being in San Francisco and New York City. Lisa, the tour guide, was very knowledgeable and friendly. The food was great and we were stuffed by the end of the tour. I can't wait to get back to Pasadena and try some of the restaurants we either tried or walked past. I never realized how many hidden treasures there were just off Colorado Blvd.! An added bonus is learning the history of the Pasadena area, a real plus for me since I love history. |

| I took a friend and her boyfriend for her birthday. We had a blast, and even Mark said he got enough to eat. Everything on the trip was scrumptious.
The only thing I would change is to give more time for shopping at each location.
We didnt get to buy anything but are planning a trip back shortly for a shopping day
It was worth the money and would be great for any age group |
