Our food tour was great and we enjoyed tasting all of the different types of food and the history of Old Pasadena. The restaurants that we went to, are places that we would not have ventured to had they not been on the tour. I would recommend this to families with older children.

We enjoyed our food tour! Very fun, informative and we all left feeling full. A suggestion would be to include another option for wine tasting.

This tour is mix of history and culture and cuisine. It was a relaxing and enjoyable way to explore a beautiful city. Also gave us the needed entertainment for our thirty-fifth anniversary. The guide was witty and knowledgeable and the food was fantastic.

Compared to NYC food tours, the food quality in Pasadena was not quite as good across the board, but there were some great choices (especially Chozo Mama and Beyond the Olive), and a GREAT amount of variety and so much food! Also loved the visit to the Soap Kitchen. This tour is great for out of town visitors, because you can spend the morning on the tour, and the afternoon revisiting places to shop and eat.

The walking and tasting tour was great! I would love to do it in other areas, Culver City would a shoe in. The local information that Diane gave was very interesting. I've been to Pasadena many times but just on the main streets. The "jewels" in the alley ways and court yards were great,

We all enjoyed it and had a positive experience. I would emphasize more historical detail in the tour (not only the broad sweep of history but what happened to individuals like the Lucky Baldwin story. Proprietors were overall friendly and the food was good. Our group's favorite was the Mexican restaurant, with the falafels being the weakest. The soap store was interesting by the proprietor sold her product too hard for my taste.

T can say without hesitation that I really enjoyed the tour/ I was quited impressed by the knowledge of our tour guide. I have lived in Southern California for more than seventy years and I learned a great deal about Pasadena. And to go with all of that our guide was very interesting. And the choice of business establishments that we v8isited was excellent. (Especially the food establishments.)

My husband and I used to live in Pasadena and we were amazed to learn something new about the lovely city. We were always in awe of the architecture in Old Town and had wondered about its history. We were entertained and educated by our enthusiastic tour guide, Diane. Her passion for the food and love of the city was manifested through several heart warming stories. The portions served at the venues were quite filling and incredibly delicious. The tour ended with an authentic, delectable gelato. (Just what we needed after walking around in the sunny Cali weather). Old Town Pasadena is a quaint and charming city, and the food tour exemplified just that! This tour is a must if you love food and architecture!
