| I liked the way the tour was set up with an introduction and history of the people and place we were touring. Descriptions and explanations of the shops and buisnesses we visited were interesting and insightful. Finishing the tour with dim sum was great. The tour guide was very knowledgeable and easy going. The one I was a little disappoined with was that the dim sum lunch was very rushed, and lots of different foods were coming all at once. However, I would rather have a rushed dim sum than none at all. Overall a wonderful experience. Very glad I did it and can't wait to go back to experience the area myself. |

| Informative, interesting, well worth the money. The tour guide was well versed in the cultural aspects of Chinatown: history, food, language, he had it all! He provided a brief history lesson, which made us aware of the some of the adversity the Chinese immigrants faced. During the tour, he moved us right along - but paused whenever we had questions or wanted a bit more time somewhere. The sampling of locations was great: bakeries, candy shop, restaurant, pharmacy, grocery.... And lunch was delicious!
We did spend a good amount of time outside, so bad weather would have been awful.
I highly recommend this tour. |

| Jim just had so much information about the culture, neighborhood, food, recommendations, etc. My husband and I actually went back to many of the stores and purchased various items. He mentioned a possible, advance more in-depth tour in the future - sign us up! |

| Our guide, Jim, was exceptionally knowledgeable and made the tour fun and interesting. Our kids (ages 14 and 17) had a great time, as did we. We highly recommend this tour. |

| weather was INCLEMENT! bitter cold. however we were delighted to be at this wonderfully prepared multimedia type exploration, history-political lesson and led by the perfect guide. My dgt is a young single woman who was also very verbal about her appreciation of this outing |

| Our guide knew Chinese history, Chinatown history, the language, and food preparation both historical and current. I am now comfortable enough to take my familly to Chinatown on my own and try some of the bakeries, restaurants and shops including the grocery store. We were able to sample at most stops, given a map of the area and a list of favorite restaruants. Our guide was very organized, personable and gracious. Great fun way to explore a part of Boston with up to 10 friends. And included lunch! |

| I had a wonderful and tasty time! Our guide was excellent. He was very knowledgeable with just the right mix of cultural and culinary information. The attempt to raise our comfort level in coming back to Chinatown on our own was definitely achieved. Now my group is waiting for the cooking class in the same cuisine to follow!! I would highly recommend this activity for those wanting to know more about their city as well as those wanting to 'taste' something outside of their comfort zone! |

| Our tour guide Jim was very informative and knowledgeable. All the sites visited were interesting and places we had never visited before even though we are locals from the suburbs. Enjoyed the history of food in China. Everyone in my group said they had a fabulous time and plan on revisiting some of the shops and eateries. |

| I was so impressed with this tour. Our Guide was so knowledgble and well spoken. He did an amazing job and giving us a nice mix of history, cultural background and cuisine knowledge. It was hands down the best tour I've ever been on. I've been telling all my family and friends that they must do this tour and I'm looking forward to going on the North end tour next. |
