| The tour guide, Jim, was excellent. He was so knowledgeable and an excellent speaker and guide. He studied Asian history, lived in China, speaks the language, is a chef and owned his own restaurant so knows the different foods - what more could you ask for in a tour guide. There were plenty of samplings of food that we might never have tried on our own. At the end we had a Dim Sum lunch - Jim would explain the different foods we were eating and what other foods were being served. He also explained the etiquette of eating/serving.
I would highly recommend this tour - taking this tour you get a better understanding of the Chinese lifestyle. |

| This tour added a lot to my knowledge of the Chinese/Asian American culture here in Boston, and gave me the opportunity to try a variety of Chinese foods I might not have risked ordering on my own. Our guide Jim was fun to be with and pleasant to listen to. It was a most enjoyable morning.
The list of restuarants and shops, and "take out" box of candies were nice to bring home. I'll definitely be sampling the restaurants! |

| Strongly recommend. Our tour guide Jim was as friendly and easygoing as he was informative. There was the right balance of history, culture, food, and culinary knowledge shared and the information made you appreciate each category more. My wife and I definitely developed a keener appreciation for Boston's Chinatown, but more importantly, a comfort level and a desire to take our exploration further on our own. |

| The tour was a gift from our daughter when we moved into Boston. My husband and I will now be able to venture fearlessly into Chinatown and know where to go and what to order. And we'll take friends with us! |
