I just wanted to make sure that Beth Appleburn is given props for a fantastic and enthusiastic tour. I am 26 --- now a local in Boston, but originally from MS --- and my parents were in town for the weekend. I had heard great things about the tour, but to be honest, Beth made the tour what is was! She was energetic and brilliant, funny and smart, just too good. She needs a raise! I enjoyed her as much as my father did.... so she speaks to many different populations. Beth is more than an asset to this tour. I believe she is a very special person in more ways than one.
THANK HER FOR US!

This was a wonderful tour. Even though I thought I knew a lot about Italian food, there was still plenty to learn. It was also fun to get to know some of the many wonderful shops in the North End. Now I know where to go when I want to do some Italian cooking! |

The Tour was informative and well run. It did not involve long walking distances, but it did become tiring because of the standing at various places. Thankfully our Guide brought us to a concrete wall on Prince Street that allowed us to sit and listen and there was also seating available at the last stop, a pastry shop. |

Our guide was very knowledgeable and informative.
Felt too much time was spent at the bakery listening about all the pastries. Would have preferred more walking, visiting more shops and restaurants, and learning more about the history. |

I bought these tickets for my husband for his birthday. We go into the north end quite a bit and I thought we may learn something new.
I can't believe how much we learned in 3 hours. Our guide, Beth, was awesome. She is extremely knowledgeable and interesting to listen to.
We loved the trip into the Salumeria and the wine store also.
Of course, we loved the stop at Maria's.
We plan from now on when we come in for dinner, to do a little shopping first.
We had a great time and will definitely be recommending it! |

The North End Tour was spectacular! I have been a Bostonian my whole life and have been to the North End THOUSANDS of times, but never quite like this. It was so nice to take time and learn more about the culture and stop in at beautiful little stores that you are normally too busy to look in and see all the wonderful treats. Our tour guide was so impressive! She knew EVERYTHING and after spending 3 hours with someone you would think you would be tired of listening but she made it soooo interesting and had such a wealth of knowledge...she was a joy to spend the afternoon with. Time flew by......I have recommended it to so many of my friends. Please take advantage of such a great tour.........then enjoy a nice dinner and a glass of wine when you are done. |

The market tour was a 50th birthday gift for a dear friend of mine. We absolutely loved it! Our tour guide was informative, funny and new how to pace the tour for our total enjoyment. We'll probably do it again with our husbands! Thanks again for such a wonderful introduction to the North End! |

Our guide, Beth, was exceptionally knowledgable on the area, history, and was clearly a 'foodie,' which made her comments that much more meaningful.
Highly recommend the tour. 10 out of 10. |
