| The tour was a great inroduction to the history of Italian food in America, and to the ingredients in traditional Italian cooking. Our guide was great, and so was the food we tasted! Yum! |

| I, along with my boyfriend and his cousin, sister and brother-in-law enjoyed a wonderful afternoon on the North End Tour! Our guide, Beth, was fantastic! She was very well spoken, enthusiastic and just great! The tour itself was fun, we enjoyed learning about the history of the NE during our introduction to eachother, which I thought was a great way to start off the afternoon. Our entire group of 13 were all within the same age group and it just could not have worked out any better. I think our favorite part was listening to Beth tell us her personal favorites, and the difference between the Italian-American and authentic stores, bakeries and restaurants. I would highly recommend this tour to all my friends and family. In fact, I think I myself would do this tour again!!
Thank you,

| The North End Market Tour was an enjoyable way to experience the North End of Boston. Our guide Dick was very pleasant and knowledgable. We were able to get a real sense of what life in the North End is like as well as sample some of the foods that the North End Markets are famous for. A great take especially with a group of friends! |

| I am an FBI---Full-blooded-Italian, from Tampa, Ybor City, Florida.
I was amazed at what I didn't know about the cooking items I've used for years.
Our guide was so enthusiastic about what he was doing.
I would encourage any visitor to Boston, to part-take of this unique tour of Little Itlay.

| We went on the tour with our 2 kids ages 11 & 13 who are foodies in training and they loved it.. There was enough interesting history and information and enough food tasting to make the day wonderful.
Our tour guide was fun and interesting and kept everyones attention..
I especially loved the story about the "Tongue of mother in law " pasta.
The kids really liked it too. Great tips on what is real "Balsamic Vinegar" and great olive oil tasting.. We all went back to Maria's Bakery and loaded up on tasty treats..
Thank you so much.. I would highly recommend it!!!!
next time we will do Chinatown.... |

| Our tour guide provided us with a wealth of information. We not only learned the history of Little Italy in Boston but he also was very informed about Italy as it related to the food and cooking of the country.
The different places we toured may have been ones I might not have gone into if I had not been on the tour, but if I had visited them I would not have enjoyed the history of each of the shops.
This is a tour I would recommend to anyone that has an interest in cooking and especially the Italian way of cooking. |
