- It was a great tour of the inns and outs of Boston's North End and the historical background. Learn history of settlers as well as how their primarily Southern Italian food has grown over the years.
- You will learn in or near a variety of shops that the guides know quite well.
- Three hour tour on foot. There is some standing, so wear comfy shoes!
Thank you Michelle and Tom; it was a great tour. |

I was truly impressed with the expertise of the guide and the quality of the tour.
I enjoy food and culture very much. I learned many new concepts I just didn't know.
I recommended to all my coworkers . |

Enjoyed the tour very much-even though we have visited the north end hundreds of times
the tour was extremely informative. I never knew how little I actually new about the north end and our guide was fantastic!
I can't wait to take the tour of Chinatown-let us know when it's available! |

Living in the Boston area all of my life, you think you know the area. This tour brought the North End to life for us!
I would recommend for everyone- Tastings were great in itself, but the information about Italy & the Italian immigrants that the guide presented to us was great- really brought the area to life. |

We had a fabulous time. Jim was full of information--very knowledgeable. My only suggestion wd be to allow a bit of time for some give and take conversation/questions. We did not really have any. |

This tour got our creative juices flowing! We left the tour planning an authentic Italian dinner for friends with all that we learned from Beth. The only thing we wish the tour entailed was a more "behind the scenes" look at the places we visited - suggestions - a trip to one of the 2 butchers in the north end or the bread bakery that is open 24 hours. |

Our guide introduced us to the North End and some scrumptious food choices. He was very knowledgeable about the area. It wasn't as much walking as I anticipated. Very compact and doable for someone who is afraid it's too much walking because the tour is three hours long. |
