| We were delighted with our tour! Our tour guide, Beth, was exceptionally experienced in the Italian culture along with culinary insight. The markets we visited provided a real world authentic view of life in Italy. Beth and the owner's of the host markets provided an especially memorable experience for my husband who was celebrating his 50th birthday and Italian heritage. Many thanks!

| My husband and I took this same tour approximately 6-8 years ago and enjoyed it much more at that time. On the last tour the leader was much more informative about the north end and the people who live there and how they shop. She discussed things like how to cook pasta, suggestions for cooking other italian dishes, etc. and gave us a lot of information that we could take home and apply to everyday life and shopping. That is why we were so anxious to return some day. On the tour last week the leader spent at least 30 minutes telling us about the regions in Italy while we stood at the liquor store. Due to the extended time standing in one spot and the heat, she seemed to lose the interest of the group after the first few minutes. It was just OK this time and would not make me want to come back. The area is fantastic and the markets very interesting. Based on this visit, we would have enjoyed it more going on our own. |

| This tour is worth every penny. It is very informative and you learn a lot about the Mediterranean cuisine as well as being able to taste as you go along. After the tour go back to one of the recommended lunch spots and have pasta. Stroll up and down the streets and end up on a park bench down by the water. You can spend a whole day in the North End! |

| We enjoyed the tour! Our guide was experienced and older. He loves to cook, so he could explain various ingredients sampled at all the shops we went into. His insights were fabulous, as we ate at a place he described.
Overall a wonderful morning exploring the famous Northend!!! |

| I really enjoyed the tour. It was very informative and interesting. Our tour guide was great. He kept everything interesting and made cooking suggestions for different dishes, taught us about Olive Oil and Vinegar as well as wines, meats, cheeses, pastries, etc. The friend I was with also enjoyed it. She loves to cook and was very excited about trying some of his suggestions. I would and have recommended this tour to some of my co-workers and friends. |

| The tour was excellent. The tour guide was very knowledgable regarding the foods and his experience int he food industry. The 3 hour tour went by very quickly with many laughs and enjoyable moments at various grocers and shops. We would recommend this tour to anyone who has an interest in italian foods and loves the North End of Boston.

| If you like history and good food take this tour. Michelle Topor walks you throught the streets of the North End sharing both and highlights the best spots to shop, people watch and have a good meal in the country's oldest italian neighborhood. You won't be disappointed! |
