This tour was so much fun...entertaining and informative. We loved all the shops we visited! Our tour guide, Jim, was great. I would recommend this tour to anyone visiting or even living in Boston!

I attended with my daughter (21), my sister (52) and my mother (75). We all thoroughly enjoyed the tour and plan to attend the culinary tour Michele does in Chinatown. So much fun and so interesting. Highly recommend!!!!

I got tickets for this tour as a birthday present for my mom. We had a blast. Learned a lot about Italian cuisine and dining practices as well as a history of the North End. Most importantly, we got to taste a lot of yummy treats while learning where the best local markets are. Now I know where to go when I want real, authentic Italian food! The tour guide was friendly and super knowledgeable about EVERYTHING North End. We had a great time and I'm looking forward to doing the Chinatown Market Tour next!

It was all you promised and more. I grew up in Boston, but didn't know much of what I learned on this tour Guide was informative, witty, affable and great at "crowd control" Information provided about the history of the area, the stores and their personnel was just enough and interesting and entertaining Time frame was really good We went back after the tour to three of the stores to buy things described or tasted during the tour We'd do this again for sure and recommend it wholeheartedly to others We plan to take the Chinatown tour in the fall, and encourage you to add the possible Middle Eastern tour if you can work it out---we'd sign up for that too GREAT JOB!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our food tour of the North End of Boston. We learned several things and were presented with a variety of food items. Our guide, Jim, was exceptional; he knew his territory and his subject matter and was very pleasant. We highly recommend this tour and would seriously consider taking it again ourselves!

We thought this tour was very entertaining and educational. Not sure that it needs to be 3 hours and it was pretty expensive considering the other things we spent money on during our vacation....whale watch, duck tour, etc. But I would recommend it - particularly if you are Italian like me!!

This tour was a highlight of our 10 days in New England. A knowledgeable tour guide, a manageable sized group. We enjoyed the tour so much we went back and visited several of the stops along the way.

We have enjoyed dining in the North End for many years and thought we knew the ins and outs very well. We were wrong. This tour was full of new learning and lots of fun. Our guide was fantastic! He introduced us to the best little markets and bakeries tucked down quiet streets. He taught us all about the olive oil, the produce, the cheese and the wine. We sampled a variety of the finest foods the North End has to offer. We look forward to spending a lot more time exploring the North End! Thanks!
