| I spent my 1st morning of a week in Boston on this tour. It was so wonderful! I returned twice with friends to shop and eat. It was such a treat! If you happen to be traveling alone or have some time to yourself in Boston, don't hesitate to sign up for the tour. There were several people on our tour that came alone. Four of us even stayed after the morning tour and had lunch together. It was an unexpected treat to make 3 new friends. We also learned that several of the stores have websites to order from when you get home. |

| I have been recommmending the tour to everyone I have come in contact with over the past week-- coworkers, friends, family, etc. It was fantastic (even in the horrible rain/snow/cold)! |

| My partner and I have been to Italy several times. Being "foodies" we love the flavors of Italy and try to duplicate dishes at home. With the help of Cental Market and Whole Foods here, we have great ingredients. Michelle gave us great tips, what to look for on the cans of plum tomatoes, and how to tell female from male eggplants (who knew??) Just enought to kick our cooking "up a notch"!
Through sampling at the markets, we found great meats, a few new cheeses and wonderful olive oil. The day after the tour, we bought and bought!
Michelle was interesting and seemed to know everyone in the streets and the market proprietors.. She provided a rich history of the neighborhood, that added to our enjoyment of the tour.
I highly recommend her tour to cooking enthusiasts, history buffs or first-time visitors to Boston. |

| I knew from friends this was a tour of the "north end". I did not realize it was a culinary tour. However, my adult daughter and I took this tour. Both of us enjoy cooking and the knowledge that Paul, our tour guide, shared with us was incredible. It was not only about the history of the "north end" but also about how to cook certain foods we saw at the grocery store (some we'd never heard of). We learned of the various balsamic vinegars, olive oils, wines, etc. Paul was also very articulate, professional and would welcome him to my home. We felt that comfortable with him. I highly recommend this for anyone wanting to know more of the neighborhood, it's origins and of course appreciates the quality of good food. |

Couple on a Date |
| My husband and I went as a date and although he was the only guy on the tour it was so much fun and great to learn about a culture and its food. Michele is very knowlegeable about the North End, the food, drink and most importantly all the neighborhood folks! We have already recommended it to a few friends and had a wonderful meal at Artu's after the tour!!!! |

| This tour was excellent! We got a sense of the history of the area, as well as, exposure to the local cuisine. Our tour guide was very informative, and would point us in the right direction if he didn't know the answer to any specific questions. I would definitely recommend it! |

| The tour was great and we learned a lot. We were a little disappointed to arrive and find out that MicheleTopor was not giving the tour. It should be disclosed that someone else will be giving the tour. Others on the tour were also disappointed by this. Also, we learned about the tour in a newspaper ad which stated the price was $39.00, but when the tickets were booked the tour was a higher price. Overall the tour ended up being very good, we learned a lot about food and new places that we will sure be back to shop at in the North End. |
