	I normally don't do tours. I always figured I could find places I wanted on my own. This tour changed my mind. It was just great.

	This was a very nice informational tour. It was fun to sample various Italian foods, and the maps were excellent for returning to the stores to shop following the tour. As a good cook, I did not get much new information about Italian cuisine or cooking, but it was a very enjoyable morning, and our tour guide was very informative. This is an area of Boston that was new to me, and it was a great alternative tour to the early American historic tours found all over Boston. I had visited Italy earlier this year, and felt as if I had gone back there as this tour progressed. I passed the brochure and business card with pasta noodle on to my daughter who is a college graduate in hospitality and who is currently working for a Pittsburgh caterer, and who is also taking an event planning class. She plans to show them in class--very clever! Thanks for a fun way to spend time in Boston!

	Our tour of the Italian North End of Boston was fantastico! Our guide Dick was super informed, very friendly, and also took very good care of us along the way. His knowledge of the area and its history gave us great insights, and the food samples along the way were wonderful as well. All the shops we visited were terrific, and we can't wait to return for some serious shopping before the holidays.
	Market tour ok but needs more tasting North End Market Tour

	The history of the various markets was interesting but there should have been more tastings other then just morsals of stuff here and there. I also didn't like the fact that it appeared everywhere we had the people had a website so we could order stuff on line. It was more of a marketing tour then a market tour of North End. I also went on the food tour of greenwich village whcih was much much better and we were plied with tons of food from the neighborhood as well as a historical, archetectual tour of the neighborhood. That is what I expected from the North End tour.

	I not only got an "insiders" tour of one of my favorite Boston neighborhoods, but I also came away with a better understanding of my own culture and heritage. Both sides of my family are Italian so we eat much of what was highlighted on the tour, but I never knew why things were done a certain way or why certain foods were a part of our day to day eating habits; we just ate! It was a truely delightful afternoon highlighting great food establishments, history of the North End and Italian cuisine and customs.

	Jim our Tour Guide was very knowledgeable and we would not hesitate to do the tour again. It was a lot of fun and a great way to spend three hours in Boston.

	This is one of the best tours, outside of Italy itself, that I have ever been on. Michelle is just perfect and oh so knowledgable. I guess being from an Italian-American home and having already been to Italy, the tour just hit the right cord. I can remember my Dad would take me to the nut shop after dinner, and somtimes we would stop by a bakery in Little Italy, NYC, for a slice of pizza. Michelle was able to bring all these memories back for me and gave me new meaning to the old traditions of my family. Thank you Michelle and I hope to see you soon. 	If touring without a guide, I would have not relized the little jewels that are found in each store, bakery, and restaurant. I needed someone to point out the treasures galore that are available to me in the north end.

	Who knew eggplant has a gender?! Michele was facinating from start to finish, we have already reccommed the tour to many others. We could not believe the amount of information we received, just couldn't retain it all. 	This tour gave an interesting account of how the North End developed as a community of immigrants bound by their culture and love of good food. I enjoyed learning about the types of foods brought here from Italy, and how dishes were adapted to the American palate. The tastings were great. The group size was 12 and not too large. I took this tour as an individual, and enjoyed visiting with the other group members who made it a fun experience. Beth was an enthusiastic tour guide who gave a great deal of information and answered all questions. I recommend the tour for anyone who wants to learn about Italian food, good ingredients and history as an added bonus!

	Great details on the history of the North End and some interesting stops along the way. Food samples were great. Tour was a little pricy compared to other similar tours in "Litty Italy" areas in other parts of the country.
