	Fabulous Tour!! Boston Chinatown Market Tour

	My husband and I attended the Chinatown tour for our 10 year anniversary. We had been to Chinatown to eat and shop in the stores a few times before, but never ventured into the markets, bakeries, and butcher shops. It was great. Jim was impressive with his knowledge of the area and culture. All of the stops on the tour were interesting and most involved yummy treats. I especially loved the Chinese market. It was bustling and crowded, but had so much to offer. The Dim Sum lunch was delicious. It was especially nice to be able to sit and absorb some of the things we learned throughout the day. We can't wait to come back and explore some more. This tour is a "must do" whether you are local or new to Boston.

	Lots of great information. Appreciated the handouts. The more taste tests the betters, but I'm sure you do the best you can with those. Would definately recommend to friend.

	As an Italian from New York, It was very interesting to learn all about the food, drinks and culture. Finding out what is real Italian and what is really American. I learned alot during the tour. Tasting food from the Bakery, Deli, Candy and Liquor Store was good. Afterward My sister and I shopped in Maries Bakery, the last Liquor store and ended up eatting dinner in that area from the list of restaurants that we received. The Tour Guy Jim really knew alot and was very good. The next time i go to Boston to see my nephew in Northeastern College, we will eat in the North End. I would like next time to go on the Chinatown tour.

	This tour provided great insight into authentic Italian cuisine. Our guide was wonderful. Great sense of humor and good personality for this type of tour. He knew a great deal about the cuisine, especially since he was a chef. I would recommend this tour to anyone going to Boston. I've been on a similar tour of the Chelsea Market in NYC, but I really enjoyed the cooking tips and lessons provided by in the North End tour.

	Being of Italian decent, this was a trip down memory lane! This tour is well worth your money and time. Our guide was incredibly knowledgeable and made the tour informative and fun. The tastings were scrumptious but the little tidbits of information were priceless. We can't wait to go back and shop!

	We loved the tour! Jim was our wonderful guide, and he made the day very fun and personal. We had a great time wandering through the shops, and really felt like we learned a lot along the way. I would really recommend this tour, and am already lining up a new group to go with me!

	This tour was absolutely fascinating. I grew up in an Italian family and could relate to everything but, after all these years, finally know why traditions are what they are. I also learned so much about shopping for Italian products - the origins, what to buy, and more importantly, what not to buy. Our guide was phenomenal - he guided us for three hours but I could've listened to him for another three hours. I highly recommend this tour to anyone remotely interested in eating or preparing Italian food. I've been telling everyone I know about this tour - and many are now booking theirs!

	Michele's tour was truly the highlight of our trip and we have already sent the recommendation for the tour to others when they visit Boston. What a treat! The history of the Northend is rich as are the people and culinary delights. We can't wait to go back.

	Thoroughly researched and informative tour. An excellent introduction to the North End which you'd be unlikely to experience on your own. Better suited in parts to a domestic audience rather than a European audience (Europeans are already familiar with the small streets/shops and many of the products we saw). History and evolution of the area was fascinating nonetheless.

	My wife and I spent over three hours with the most knowledgable and enthusiastic guide we have ever encountered. Michele Topor has lived in the North End of Boston for over thirty years and she knows the best places to shop , eat, and find all the authentic things in this old time neighborhood. She is extemely personable and was able to convey a great deal of this information to us during the tour. Everybody seems to know her and she was certainly welcomed into all the shops that we visited. We heartily recommend this tour for anyone who wants to get the feel of an authentic neighborhood and a glimpse of Boston as it was in the past.

	Our tour was full of fascinating facts of Italian culinary history, recipe tips, and food lore. I loved every minute and went home inspired to cook Italian! Well worth the money, and our guide didn't waste a second. Enjoyed the tastings. Look forward to going on one of their other tours.
