| The tour was not lead by Michele but we had a blast any way. The food was really good and our guide made sure we weren't given anything too exotic. He explained them but told us we could go back and get the exotic items if we wished. It ended with Dim Sum and I enjoyed everything that was served to us. | ||||||

| This was an awesome, fun, and very educational tour! Our guide was knowlegable about wine, meats, pastries... everything Italian! I would recommend this for adults, I appreciated the fact that there weren't any small children who might act up or talk while we were trying to listen to the tour guide. I only wish there would've been alittle more time to spend at the businesses, it seemed somewhat rushed. I give it an A+! | ||||||

| This was such a fun informative tour!!! Jim, the tour guide is so knowledgable. The local shop visitations were a great experience. (The herbalist and the supermarket were my faves)The dim sum lunch was so great--without the tour guide we would have been too intimidated and wouldn't even know where to begin or what to eat. After Jim described wonderful Asian spring rolls, I was a bit disapointed when we didn't get to sample one. | ||||||

| This was one of the favorite activities that we did on a recent trip to Boston. Not only was it fun but we learned so much about Italians, Italy, Boston and Italian cooking. Jim, our guide was excellent. The shop owners were delightful. We discussed what we learned over lunch at one of the recommended restaurants then went back and bought Italian cooking supplies based on the knowledge and samples, of this tour. I highly recommend this tour!!!! | ||||||

| The tour was thoroughly enjoyable! Jim was great (as he was on our North End Tour) and his knowledge of the area and the Chinese customs and culture is superb. The food samples were delicious and now we feel comfortable going into many of the shops in Chinatown. In fact, 3 days after the tour we stopped into the Barbeque shop for take-out! Finishing up with the dim sum lunch is an excellent idea. We have already recommended this tour to friends. | ||||||

| I thoroughly enjoyed my recent trip to Boston and the highlight was the tour into the North End . Our tour guide, Jim, gave us so much information, I wished I could have taken better notes , as I now have to decipher them, but I got the emails for stores I can send away for olive oils and hopefully wonderful cheese I never even heard of before. I highly recommend this for anyone who loves to cook and wants to just learn more about Italian culture and cooking. | ||||||

| Michele did a wonderful job. She is a wealth of information both entertaining and informative on Italian food, culture and the country itself. My husband and I look forward to food tours whenever we can find them and this one did not fail to impress us. We really had a good time and thought the group size (14) was perfect. I know a lot about food but really learned a lot from Michele about the reason Italians eat in the order they do and all to achieve proper digestion. Very Interesting and I plan to bring some of these practices into my own home. | ||||||

| This tour outdoes every tour I have ever taken. Our guide was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and enthusiastic. The teaching comes out of experience and understanding; it's not information recited from a script. This is my third time taking the tour - our family was hosting friends from California. I enjoyed it just as much as my first trip. I highly recommend it to both locals and out-of-towners. We learned about places in the North End that we now go back regularly to visit. Everyone takes away a new understanding and everyone has a great time. I recommend the tour very highly. | ||||||
