| Great concept and of course I understand that there can never be any guarantee of whale sightings, but I was left feeling a bit flat from the lack of commentary on the trip. 10 minutes into the trip there was a sighting of dolphins, but after that we just headed out and then back again (3hrs in total) with no further commentary after the dolphins, no explanation of why we were looking in that particular area, no information on the whales we were looking for and no comments on the likelihood of finding any whales. With a marine biologist on board I was expecting a more informative trip.
I'd do it again, but I wouldn't get my hopes up too high beforehand. |

| First and foremost this is a whale watching trip. It is very basic, the elements are cold, the water choppy and unsettling to many stomachs, but mission accomplished. The captain found 2 Humpback whales and we got to watch them for about 45 minutes during which time, the calf put on a great show breaching out of the water and rolling something like 30 times!! Very exciting.
If I were going again, and I would, I would dress warmer. Gloves and hat are recommended; A warm, windproof coat is a must. Warm shoes and long pants are also a must.
Also, if you have a quesy stomach, ask yourself if seeing whales is worth losing your lunch. 1/3 of our trip did lose their lunch.
All in all, this trip was a thrill. I had never seen a whale up close, and live like that this, so mission accomplished! THANKS!!!!!!!!!! |

| It was pretty nice. It was cold. Don't expect to see whales because we didn't so that was a big bummer! We did see A LOT of dolphins! So that was pretty cool and fun. Overall it was good. Just wish we would of seen whales! |

| Well organized and passionate crew. We were excited to see all of the hundreds of dolphins that were of two types of species, but were sad that no whales could be found that day. Plenty of other sea life made the trip worth it and fun. Bring warm clothes. |

| Aside from a really rough ocean, it was a great ride. While one nevers knows what one might see, we were lucky enough to spot many Pacific White-Sided dolpins, several who rode the bow wake. We also saw several Humpback whales, spouting and diving. The captain slowed the vessel at each sighting and followed along with the pod of whales, offering many photo ops. I would go again in a minute! |

| Although the water was very choppy and rough, I had a great time. We did see humpback whales and also a grey whale momma with her calf. Also saw tons of Pacific Whitesided Dolphins. This whale watching tour was the highlight of my trip to Monterey. |

| Was a foggy ride out of the bay but it cleared up and we saw multiple dolphins and two humpbacks. Nice crew and great info given on the tour. It was my first time whale watching and I enjoyed it very much. So from a first time visitor, I would recommend this company to anyone undecided. |

| I realize there is no control over if and when the whales are there, but it would have been less boring/ cold if they had some type of information or activity going on ,on the boat, during the "Whale Watch out for" . The crew and nature guide where fine, but feel as if there were some type of activity, less people would be getting Sea sick, or motion sick due to having a mental distraction. Possibley video of prior trips, on a screen inside, or ? |

| It was so exciting seeing a group of killer whales, with a mother and baby coming up to our boat. Our captain worked with other captains to locate the whale and give us all an experience that we'll long remember. |

| I Live in Monterey, and wanted to take a 12th grade class out on this boat, this was miss repersented, this was an old fishing boat with it's history on a plaque on its bou. There was NO person giving any history or facts. This was however a Whale watching boat, If i did not know the skipper it would have been a miserable for this group. I was told by the owners to call them direct next time I want to go out. This is Great for me; but you should know not so GREAT for YOU!! Tina Silvestri |
