| The cruise was well worth it. We seen 2 humpback whales and 2 blue whales. The Captain was very informative regarding the whales. Something my family and I will remember for ever! |

| Was a foggy ride out of the bay but it cleared up and we saw multiple dolphins and two humpbacks. Nice crew and great info given on the tour. It was my first time whale watching and I enjoyed it very much. So from a first time visitor, I would recommend this company to anyone undecided. |

| We saw 50 dolphins all hanging out and a couple of blue whales. Perfect trip. Although, I didn't need to buy advance tickets. Lots of options at the wharf. I doubt they sell ou that fast |

| There are so many variables with whale watching; the weather, the time of year for migrations, and remembering warm gear. We were happily surprised by the great weather, we were pleased we remembered our gloves and hats, and while we did see several whales at a distance, we wished we could have seen more, but it was early in the season. |

| Staff was helpful, boat was nice. There weren't whales out at first but our hosts stuck with it until we found some and it was well worth it. Highly recommended! |

| Two whales approached the boat and played with us for at least half an hour! I was recording the whole time. When we watched the videos after, you heard everyone saying "Oh my gosh!" over and over. It was an awesome experience. |

| Got there with 10 minutes before launch and got confused to where the place was. Called the number on the sheet a couple of times and the second time, got through to a real person and was given directions to the launch off point.
Right away we saw some dolphins. . .and then we were able to follow groups of dolphins throughout the day. Saw a rare type of dolphin - many of them and they even met up with another pod which was neat. Saw many birds. Saw jelly fish, sun fish, and parts of whales. Saw the sea lions close up, from the water, great change in perspective, since we usually see them through the fence. And also got to see three sea otters pretty close up. Also two dolphins were having some fun coming out of the water and splating on their sides. But I felt that the dolphins weren't as special because the kayakers saw them too.
It was a smoky day, so visibility wasn't that good, due to forest fires at the time. Since the weather forcast was great. . check out the weather forcast before you pay!
Felt like I wanted to see much more, especially whales, for the money, but maybe it was just a so-so day. It was slow enough paced that you could take various naps and warm enough that we only wore about 4 layers - 2 shirts and 2 jackets.
The best thing we could see of the whales was when they came up for air, and fluked. Also, we weren't very close to the whales. The boat has to keep its distance unless the animal comes up. Don't expect to see something fancy. No dolphins did any jumps either. But it was neat to see them in their natural environment.
We went to the aquarium afterwards, and I felt really fulfilled. In the boat we saw what was at the surface level, and then in the aquarium was saw what was underneath. |

| Have been whale watching several times - several places. By far the best experience ever in terms of seeing whales and other sea-life. Imagine seeing 2 Blue Whales, 2 Humpback Whales and a large pod of Risso Dophins! |

| It turned out to be a rather windy and cold day (4 to 5 foot swells) for late March. The weather was clear for this 12 o'clock trip. If one lives outside of Monterey, one has to make a commitment some days in advance, not knowing the weather conditions. I found it hard to stand up and take decent pictures because of the rocking boat, although some people seemed to be more successful. Good thing I took Dramamine beforehand! We saw a tremendous number of dolphins but no whale. The captain indicated that he saw one or two whale water spouts, but I believe that was wishful thinking. Maybe some day I will try this again under calmer conditions. |

| We have been coming to the Monterey area for over 50 years and this is the first time we have taken the Whale Watching Cruise. We don't know why we waited so long!
It was wonderful to see the dolphins and humpback whales. Our Marine Biologist was very knowledgeable.
We would highly recommend this to anyone and everyone! |
