The crew were a lot of fun, the information is a learning experience, the day was calm and warm.
We were able to see dolphins, a mother whale and her baby. Later on we saw another whale. The only thing we did not see were the whales jumping and waving their tales, that was disappointing but that the brakes. We were able to see two blue fin sharks and a lot of jellie fish floating by.
To be out in the ocean and just know that you are bonding with mother nature is a great experience.
The only problem I had was a worker dropped a floor mat behind me on the wharf, I turned around to walk away and tripped over the mat and fell on my knee and shoulder, which is still giving me trouble today. This was a very careless act on his part and could cause the business trouble. |

Great boat. Easy to see from. Well-maintained and clean. Excellent, enthusiastic guide. I didn't feel like I was being rushed. The crew was doing their best to give us what we paid for, and we got it.
Would like to see more current online info regarding recent sightings, and which time(s) of the year make for the best experience. |

We took the 10am trip in an effort to have calm waters. The weather was perfect -- clear water, flat calm, no wind, and sunny without being overly hot. We saw one humpback whale and a pod of dolphins & porpose that must have numbered near 1000. They were leaping and splashing all around the boat and must have covered acres. They stayed with us for over an hour and stole the show as far as I was concerned. Even Charlie-dog was fascinated by their play.
Good weather & sightings like this are a matter of luck of course, but the crew seemed to have the experience to enhance what was available. We were out for the full 3 hours but the time flew by. We would happily pay to do it again and have been passing the recommendation to friends & co-workers. |

I would highly recommended this trip. It's a great 2 hour cruise. My wife & I really enjoyed this trip and what it had to offer. The crew did their best to give us what we paid for and we did see 2 nice gray's just before returning to shore. |

I booked with Monterey WW because they advertise a 110 foot (Princess) boat and my wife and I get seasick on small vessels. When we presented our tickets we were
boarded on the 70 foot (Magnum Force) boat and told the Princess only
runs the morning watches. If I had known this I would have booked an
early departure time! |

This was one of several gifts to my wife for out 30th wedding anniversary. Although she lived for 20 years in San Jose, she never visited Monterey for whale watching. She was very pleased. I selected this vendor based on the size of the ship, and it was all that I expected. I would recommend it to anyone interested. |

trip need to be longer - not enough time allowed to veiw the whales. Just as we found the second whales (had only about 5 min to view), we had to return back to dock.
Had a great time!!!!! |
